We went the day before the hotel got flooded, so we managed to enjoy 2 days of swimming around the hotel lanes which was really fun! Unlimited swimming, hot springs and sauna. Although you’re not allowed to use any of these if there’s a thunderstorm so keep an eye out for the weather. The hotel should’ve warned the guests of flooding, or cancelled the rooms for guests’ safety, which was definitely a mistake on their part. However the staff response after the flooding was fantastic, they all kept calm and friendly despite many angry guests (which was to be expected as many had their cars destroyed). They were in the same situation as we were, trapped in the hotel lobby for days without power, but still tried their best to help the guests out as much as they could.

I didn’t expect the party villa I chose this time to be great. It was beyond our imagination. First of all, the room was very clean. The decoration was exactly the same as the picture. It was very comfortable to live in. I felt that the boss was very careful. Later, I chatted with the housekeeper and said that this is the boss’s own house. So the decoration furniture is the best. After booking the room, the housekeeper was also very enthusiastic and responsive. There was also a bathtub in the room. I specially looked at the sanitary situation. It was very clean and I was more assured to use it. Some of the rooms also have parent-child rooms, which are too suitable for bringing the baby out to play. The children like it very much and the layout is very cute. In addition, the housekeeper told us that it was the day of check-in that we cleaned the pool and released water, which was very hygienic. You can play in the water unlimited times. The boss also sent us breakfast. There are quite a lot of types. Everyone is also very relieved to eat. There are also supermarkets around.
