First of all, I would like to thank the camp staff, especially Xiao Linzi, for their meticulous decoration of the room, which added unforgettable memories to our wedding anniversary. The staff are very enthusiastic and basically responsive. The safety measures for outdoor activities are also in place. The coach's careful and patient guidance allowed the children to quickly master the skills and climbed two big trees in a row! Unfortunately, the lights in the public bathrooms in the camp are too bright, which affects the experience. Yunqi Moye gave us a big surprise! Needless to say, the scenery is super beautiful! From various hardware accessories to services, all kinds of equipment are comfortable and in place! I like the smart toilet and floor heating the most. The soaking pool on the balcony of the room is quite large, which makes me feel very holiday-y💕 The staff are very kind. There are fireflies and sweet potato stew in the evening. It is nice to interact with guests and staff from all over the world. It is very humane! We went the day before the hotel got flooded, so we managed to enjoy 2 days of swimming around the hotel lanes which was really fun! Unlimited swimming, hot springs and sauna. Although you’re not allowed to use any of these if there’s a thunderstorm so keep an eye out for the weather. The hotel should’ve warned the guests of flooding, or cancelled the rooms for guests’ safety, which was definitely a mistake on their part. However the staff response after the flooding was fantastic, they all kept calm and friendly despite many angry guests (which was to be expected as many had their cars destroyed). They were in the same situation as we were, trapped in the hotel lobby for days without power, but still tried their best to help the guests out as much as they could.

Special thanks to the housekeeper Xiaowen. The consultation and reminder before check-in and the service during the stay were very considerate, efficient and professional. Thumbs up 👍 The layout of the villa is reasonable. Except for the rooms on the first floor, all rooms have independent bathrooms. The hall is large enough and very suitable for gatherings. KTV, game consoles, mahjong, and tea sets are all available. The children's room is nice and the children like it very much. Although the kitchen does not have gas, it has enough barbecue ingredients. The hot spring pool is relatively clean, just put a little cold water to rinse it. The courtyard is sufficient, and barbecue and hot spring bathing can be done at the same time without being cramped. The quality of toiletries and slippers is good and sufficient. The bathroom is large enough and the equipment is good, but not too many people can take a bath at the same time because it is an air water heater, but the hot water replenishment is not too slow. Overall, it was a happy and pleasant journey!

I went to Baojing Palace to stay at this hotel. The front desk service was very good. If there are elderly people in the family, they will be arranged on the 4th floor without going up the stairs. The environment is clean and hygienic! Convenient parking! Even after twelve o'clock at night, there are still children shouting and playing in the corridor. Room service staff should increase their service awareness and take the initiative to mediate, instead of asking customers to respond to problems before handling them.
