Hotel totally new! So everything is clean and ready to run. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff is amazing helpful and always smiling! Facilities are nice in hotel . The others facilities around are just starting. So hot spring is running but not yet finished and the amusement park also is not completely finished . Water park was not open during our stay. Western buffet and breakfast is average. We do not enjoy so much the foods and the diversity. Quality for the price is not at the level of Hilton brand yet. Should be improved. Maybe the Chinese restaurant is better but not try... (One important point to find the hotel you should go in the parking of the amusement park and drive to the backside... no tag for it... so ask staff to guide you)

We went the day before the hotel got flooded, so we managed to enjoy 2 days of swimming around the hotel lanes which was really fun! Unlimited swimming, hot springs and sauna. Although you’re not allowed to use any of these if there’s a thunderstorm so keep an eye out for the weather. The hotel should’ve warned the guests of flooding, or cancelled the rooms for guests’ safety, which was definitely a mistake on their part. However the staff response after the flooding was fantastic, they all kept calm and friendly despite many angry guests (which was to be expected as many had their cars destroyed). They were in the same situation as we were, trapped in the hotel lobby for days without power, but still tried their best to help the guests out as much as they could.

The resort hotel is very big, with a complete package and enough fun. The cave is good and the Chinese restaurant tastes good. The parent-child room was very interesting. I played Ludo with my children. Parking in front of the lobby is very convenient. It may be the off-season, but the location is sufficient and there are charging piles. I went to the hot springs with my children. There were not many hot spring pools. There were tea, snacks and fruits for free. When I left, my children left their watches. The staff at the hot spring department helped find them and gave them to colleagues to take to the hotel front desk. Thank you very much.

The environment was indeed good after staying in. I stayed in the Hehuan bed room, the room was very clean and spacious!
