Yingde Hotels with Swimming Pools

Nice & clean hotel; friendly & very helpful staff, hats off to their customer service; but this hotel is specially for kids because it’s inside the theme park and May be not suitable for couple or solo travelers. No more choices of food for vegetarian specially in breakfast and only one restaurant with limited choices! Bring your own car!

We went the day before the hotel got flooded, so we managed to enjoy 2 days of swimming around the hotel lanes which was really fun! Unlimited swimming, hot springs and sauna. Although you’re not allowed to use any of these if there’s a thunderstorm so keep an eye out for the weather. The hotel should’ve warned the guests of flooding, or cancelled the rooms for guests’ safety, which was definitely a mistake on their part. However the staff response after the flooding was fantastic, they all kept calm and friendly despite many angry guests (which was to be expected as many had their cars destroyed). They were in the same situation as we were, trapped in the hotel lobby for days without power, but still tried their best to help the guests out as much as they could.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and the warmth and hospitality of the staff truly made it an unforgettable experience. A special mention goes to 刘贤英, 谭翠玲, and 龚武平 at the hot spring, whose exceptional service and genuine care stood out. 刘贤英 went above and beyond by sharing her personal preserved fruit snacks with my son when he didn’t fancy the oranges provided, a thoughtful gesture that touched our hearts. Additionally, 毛有谷 at the reception was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation to the train station, ensuring our travel plans were seamless and stress-free. The hotel itself is fantastic, but it’s the staff’s kindness and attention to detail that set it apart. Their warm-hearted service made us feel so welcome, and we can’t wait to return for another visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and heartfelt stay!

This is the most satisfying villa I have stayed in during this period. No matter the service, hygiene or environment, it is super value!!! The facilities are complete. We were upgraded to a villa with KTV. I didn't expect to see fireworks at night. It was really a surprise + amazing! It's close to the Chinese New Year🧨We waited for the children to have a holiday, so it was a staggered trip, so the price-performance ratio was very good👍The sanitation was very clean. The villa has already started to decorate for the New Year. There is a great atmosphere. Our whole family is very satisfied and likes it very much. The parents are happy and the children are having fun. The housekeeper's service is very good. All the requirements can be met. She also recommended the nearby Red Flag Tea Factory and Chocolate Kingdom to us. They are always available. We will come again next time!

Overall a great place to use as a base for exploring the Huanghuazhen area and relaxing with a cold one in the pool in the evening. Lovely breakfast, great service, and a perfect pool for relaxing. There was no watermelon for breakfast at that time, and the child told her about it. She immediately brought a big watermelon to cut and peeled the skin carefully, comparable to a five-star hotel. Even her mother was not as careful as she was when cutting watermelon for her child. 2 The price is reasonable. During the National Day holiday, the average room cost two to three hundred yuan, and it seems that the price has not increased much. The suite we booked cost a little more than usual. Booking on holidays will be expensive, so it is recommended that you book at least one day in advance. The suite I booked cost more than 700 yuan on the day of booking, but less than 600 yuan a day in advance. 3. The surrounding area is fun. It is very close to the Hongqi Tea Factory, 1.7 kilometers away. I had a great time playing in the tea factory for a day. The most worthwhile experience is picking and making tea by myself. The tea tree is an old one. I made Yinghong No. 9 green tea myself. When I got home and drank it, it was comparable to the raw Pu'er tea from the ancient tree. There is a Chocolate Kingdom 2.8 kilometers away. There is no need to queue during the National Day holiday. Children under 1.4 meters tall can enjoy all the activities. 4 Complain about breakfast. Booked a suite with breakfast, but only 2 breakfasts were provided. Children over 1.4 meters tall will be charged 38 yuan for breakfast. It feels like the dim sum is not freshly made and the quality is so-so. During my two-day stay, I only ate freshly made soup noodles and vegetables. 5 The food in the self-operated restaurant next to the hotel is very good. Went there twice. Suggestion for the hotel: It would be perfect if the breakfast could be improved.

The hotel is on the side of the road, there is a basketball court, many people play, the parking lot is quite large, there are charging piles, surrounded by sweet-scented osmanthus. It was already 7:30, and the aunts in the restaurant cleaned up, but I haven't eaten yet. The kitchen also specially helped me open the stove. I like the room clean and comfortable. The configuration is very intimate. Sterilizing slippers and laundry detergent can be seen. It is carefully operated. Breakfast was good, ate two bowls of powder, and then walked around, the air in the morning was very good!

On the way to the hotel, the housekeeper called to ask what time we would arrive. After we arrived, we checked in at the front desk and went to the villa where we stayed. The hotel is very large, with villas in every building. It is very quiet and green because it is in the mountains. The weather is very hot. As soon as I entered the door, I found that the air conditioner was already turned on and it was very comfortable. There is an indoor parking space. The house is beautifully designed and has a large area. There are three rooms in total. We stayed in two of them. One of the rooms is very large, and there is a hot spring pool in the yard. It would be very comfortable in winter 😌 We reported the problem, and the hotel staff came to help solve it quickly! The downside is that the nearby attractions are not very fun, the tea garden scenery is average, and the road is particularly difficult to drive. It's still good to be in the hotel!
