Special thanks to the housekeeper Xiaowen. The consultation and reminder before check-in and the service during the stay were very considerate, efficient and professional. Thumbs up 👍 The layout of the villa is reasonable. Except for the rooms on the first floor, all rooms have independent bathrooms. The hall is large enough and very suitable for gatherings. KTV, game consoles, mahjong, and tea sets are all available. The children's room is nice and the children like it very much. Although the kitchen does not have gas, it has enough barbecue ingredients. The hot spring pool is relatively clean, just put a little cold water to rinse it. The courtyard is sufficient, and barbecue and hot spring bathing can be done at the same time without being cramped. The quality of toiletries and slippers is good and sufficient. The bathroom is large enough and the equipment is good, but not too many people can take a bath at the same time because it is an air water heater, but the hot water replenishment is not too slow. 其實平時真的懶得評論，但是真的希望酒店可以長長久久的繼續做下去，所以還是好好評論一下。看得出來酒店老闆是非常想把酒店做好的，請來了很多梅花鹿，可以在餐廳一邊吃東西一邊擼梅花鹿是個神奇的體驗。店家還提供免費的鹿飼料，孩子玩得很開心。酒店的陽台自帶泡池，也可以温泉也是無限供應。所有的房子都面向湖，可以一邊泡水一邊看星星，確實很愜意。二樓的小童房間也佈置得很温馨這些都很好很好，雖然房間對着鹿苑，但是聞不到一點鹿的異味，所以可以看出園林裏是有認真在搞衞生的。現在開始説不足的地方了1.早餐的品種真的太少了，連一個肉的食物都沒有…如果平日300多的價格，這個早餐配置是合適的，但是國慶650的價格，之前好像是1000+的價格的話，這個早餐配置就不合適了。如果房費加了，餐飲也要更着配置補充多希望品種，連喝的都只有豆漿，好歹提供點茶葉或者水呀！？2、衞生，衞生我真的要吐槽你們你了，真的太噁心了，就是那種咋一眼看着非常乾淨，細節做得非常不到位的那種噁心，比如洗手間，我個人非常在意洗手間的清潔度，不知道有沒有和我一樣的，沖涼房的頭髮，下水道蓋上還殘留上一個客人的毛髮，另外，刷牙杯居然沒洗沒換？杯邊還殘留一個客人的牙膏漬？這個搞客服衞生的阿姨要扣工資了，刷牙看到這個把人噁心死了！3、徐家莊的破敗……就是看訂票上面含徐家莊的門票，可是裏面所有的項目都關閉了，就一個倒閉狀態…和酒店有種莫名其妙的不搭感，就像人格分裂一樣，一邊在努力搞好，但是景區整體就已經半封閉狀態，滑索雲溪谷葯谷都是關門的……一種搖搖欲墜準備要倒不倒的怪異感。。。總而言之，酒店整體是個不錯的親子酒店…但是客房衞生要搞好！！！對了遠處看有個營地，但是營地看着像有打理過，但是有有種荒廢破敗感，很莫名的割裂…加油💪期待酒店生意興隆！長長久久！
