We went the day before the hotel got flooded, so we managed to enjoy 2 days of swimming around the hotel lanes which was really fun! Unlimited swimming, hot springs and sauna. Although you’re not allowed to use any of these if there’s a thunderstorm so keep an eye out for the weather. The hotel should’ve warned the guests of flooding, or cancelled the rooms for guests’ safety, which was definitely a mistake on their part. However the staff response after the flooding was fantastic, they all kept calm and friendly despite many angry guests (which was to be expected as many had their cars destroyed). They were in the same situation as we were, trapped in the hotel lobby for days without power, but still tried their best to help the guests out as much as they could.

A special mention goes to 刘贤英, 谭翠玲, and 龚武平 at the hot spring, whose exceptional service and genuine care stood out. 刘贤英 went above and beyond by sharing her personal preserved fruit snacks with my son when he didn’t fancy the oranges provided, a thoughtful gesture that touched our hearts. Additionally, 毛有谷 at the reception was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation to the train station, ensuring our travel plans were seamless and stress-free. The hotel itself is fantastic, but it’s the staff’s kindness and attention to detail that set it apart. Their warm-hearted service made us feel so welcome, and we can’t wait to return for another visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and heartfelt stay!

This is the most satisfying villa I have stayed in during this period. No matter the service, hygiene or environment, it is super value!!! The facilities are complete. We were upgraded to a villa with KTV. I didn't expect to see fireworks at night. It was really a surprise + amazing! It's close to the Chinese New Year🧨We waited for the children to have a holiday, so it was a staggered trip, so the price-performance ratio was very good👍The sanitation was very clean. The villa has already started to decorate for the New Year. There is a great atmosphere. Our whole family is very satisfied and likes it very much. The parents are happy and the children are having fun. The housekeeper's service is very good. All the requirements can be met. She also recommended the nearby Red Flag Tea Factory and Chocolate Kingdom to us. They are always available. We will come again next time!

I was visiting relatives and friends out of town and searched around online. I felt that the price of this hotel was affordable. The pictures on the Internet were also good. Check-in was super fast. The beautiful woman at the front desk was attentive and enthusiastic. The room equipment was brand new. The location is in the city center. I have lived in so many Lavande houses. This one has the worst experience. The stairs at the door are high and the room is small. The most funny thing is to go to the restaurant for breakfast. Tell Auntie that the soup powder does not need beef. Others have to say that she does not want eggs. Then I will say again. She said that she does not want green vegetables. A problem has to be said three times to understand, check out and the front desk to know that there is a problem with the ear, I can't think of the boss of Lavande so good, but also invited the disabled to work, but fortunately encountered my good temper, if you encounter bad temper early open scolding

4. The second time I stayed at this Vienna hotel, I came with children twice. The handsome guy at the front desk remembered that we had been here last time and sent 2 buffet breakfasts, haha happy. Booked a twin bed together to take the children to sleep, very big, just roll around, haha (my baby is more naughty). The next day I went to the restaurant for breakfast. My son liked the spring roll very much. The aunt said that they made it by hand. The ingredients were very fresh. Haha, eat at ease. I will book this store with my father when I come to Yingde with my baby.

Arrived at night, the butler helped put the hot spring water in advance, the hot spring was very comfortable, breakfast was delivered to the villa, butler service was very intimate and attentive, and was available. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was very thoughtful, and overall very satisfied. The overall style is good, especially the little boy room is so cute! Next to the chocolate kingdom, good attractions, beautiful at night. The room is fully equipped, with barbecue stove, and it is super comfortable to have dinner with friends. If it is rainy, then come to a hot spring in the rain ♨ There are barbecue and hot pot packages available, and the ingredients are OK. Miss housekeeper is beautiful and moving, the service attitude is very considerate, and the fly in the ointment has a pool of water to use.
