Travel during off-peak hours with fewer people and less traffic jams. When we arrived at the hotel, the room was clean and tidy. We booked a Peppa Pig theme room, but it was full, so we moved to a Balala theme room. The room manager, Xiao Qi, had a very good service attitude. Seeing that we had too many children, he upgraded us to a personal suite for free. The service was thoughtful during our stay, and there were more hot springs to choose from. It happened to be colder that night, and it was comfortable to soak in the hot springs. I will come again👍👍👍

Wonderful summertime trip! I’m a foreigner who lives in Guangzhou, and I went up for the weekend to escape the heat by the lake. The property is designed so that you do not need to leave for a 2-day, 1-night stay (everything you need and want is in the property). There’s two great pools (but a swim cap is needed), a mini-amusement park attached, hot springs, and a tea field that you can go visit. I did it all. I highly recommend paying the 50RMB at the tea field to go picking and tea tasting, super unique experience. The room was comfy with good AC.

This is the most satisfying villa I have stayed in during this period. No matter the service, hygiene or environment, it is super value!!! The facilities are complete. We were upgraded to a villa with KTV. I didn't expect to see fireworks at night. It was really a surprise + amazing! It's close to the Chinese New Year🧨We waited for the children to have a holiday, so it was a staggered trip, so the price-performance ratio was very good👍The sanitation was very clean. The villa has already started to decorate for the New Year. There is a great atmosphere. Our whole family is very satisfied and likes it very much. The parents are happy and the children are having fun. The housekeeper's service is very good. All the requirements can be met. She also recommended the nearby Red Flag Tea Factory and Chocolate Kingdom to us. They are always available. We will come again next time!

I went to Baojing Palace to stay at this hotel. The front desk service was very good. If there are elderly people in the family, they will be arranged on the 4th floor without going up the stairs. The environment is clean and hygienic! Convenient parking! Even after twelve o'clock at night, there are still children shouting and playing in the corridor. Room service staff should increase their service awareness and take the initiative to mediate, instead of asking customers to respond to problems before handling them.

This is an excellent hotel with extremely friendly staff. I don't think they get many foreign guests here and the staff were especially accommodating to me, even bringing fresh fruit and other snacks to my room as a way of showing hospitality. As for the hotel itself, it is an impressively large building with a classical style; the rooms themselves contain many dark woods that would have been seen in the Chinese hotels of yesterday. Everything is clean and well-maintained and the amenities are that of a far more expensive hotel. The location is within walking distance of the main shopping district but also close to the 'old town', where surprisingly impoverished and ramshackle dwellings can be seen. There is a bus station around 2km away that has services to popular tourist destinations like Jiulong village. The hotel itself may also provide such services but I didn't ask about that this time. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Yingde!

During the Spring Festival, I drove to Hainan and blocked it at Leguang Expressway (the turtle speed was driving) for more than two hours. I parked in the Yingde service area and booked this hotel and quickly got off the highway. The hotel has its own underground garage, which is convenient. Uncle security (forgot to ask his name) was very enthusiastic to guide us to drive the car to the underground garage, and the ground parking spaces are charged. The hotel has been newly renovated, the facilities are quite new, clean and tidy, and sleep at night is very quiet. After we checked in, we went to the ”Cai Yujiao” thin-skin steamed dumpling shop for dinner and walked not far. Its business is good, we queued for a while. Then I went to the ”Mom” sugar water shop to eat dessert. A store in Guangdong is delicious. Recommend this hotel.
