The hotel is extremely bad! ! Poor service! Poor facilities! It’s really better to stay in a hotel for 7 days than this one. Please be careful if you think of coming after seeing good reviews. I booked a check-in date of December 31st and a check-out date of January 1st. The check-in instructions stated: check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is before 12 am the next day. 1. I went to the front desk to check in at around 2 pm on December 31st. I was told by the front desk that the room was not ready yet and that it would take an hour to clean up. They asked us to scan the QR code and add WeChat to join the group. If there are any problems, we can handle them in the group @ Butler. The group of people asked for room cards from the front desk and put their luggage into an uncleaned room. They planned to put away their luggage and then go out for a walk and come back later to deal with the barbecue ingredients. When they entered the door, they found a mess. There were cracks in the wall in the yard of the room and the sofa was all over. It was stained, and the lawn was also dirty. I couldn’t even see it. It was really disgusting. When I returned to the hotel around 5pm, I entered the room and found that it hadn’t been cleaned yet! I entered the WeChat group and asked the housekeeper, but no one paid attention. Finally, I couldn't bear it and called to complain. Only then did two aunties come in. They just changed the bed and replenished the cleaning supplies. They didn't clean it at all and disappeared again. Until the actual check-in time was 6:30! ! After checking in, no one cares about you at all! Even calling the front desk was perfunctory. 2. When handling ingredients, dirty water comes out from the water pipe joint under the kitchen sink, and the dirty water flows all over the floor. It is really messy. 3. The hot spring hours are from 8 pm to 10 pm. After soaking in the hot spring, I was ready to take a shower, but found that there was no hot water. Then two maintenance staff knocked on the door and asked if we had no hot water. Later, we went into the room yard to check the hot water next to the pool. Valve, said: I forgot to turn off the button of the water tank on the roof. The hot water from the pool used up all the water in the water tank on the roof, so there was no hot water for bathing and I had to wait several hours for hot water to bathe! There was no warm water until 11:30! It's warm water! Later, a manager on duty knocked on the door and asked us if we wanted to go to the next building to wash ourselves first. Do I have to carry my luggage to another room to take a shower and then come back? ! 4. Parking is also unplanned. When checking in, the front desk said that you have to find a parking space by yourself. When you drive in, it is completely blocked. There are two lanes, and one lane is full of cars, resulting in a single lane, making it impossible to get out. Go, there's no one to direct and no one to manage.

The rooms booked this time are townhouses. Each villa has two floors, two rooms, and an independent small garden with a hot spring pool in the garden. The hotel is very new, and the room service is very good. After dinner, you can take a walk in the villas with your family and walk along the lake, which can give you a very warm and relaxing holiday. There is also a theme park with mobile games next to the hotel, which is very suitable for couples or children to play. There are pirate ships, white water surfing, jumping machines, very exciting tourism projects.

時隔多年第二次來，這次訂的是唯一一間的樣板房，泡池比較大，衞生也挺好的。雖然房間牆紙有點脱落，有些地方比較陳舊，但是性價比還是很高，前台和客服的服務和態度都很好，值得表揚。
