淡季來巧克力王國還是很舒服的，相比於春節時候現在人巨少，公區泡温泉沒人爭。而且別墅的衞生淡季維護的也很好，客廳客房都整整潔潔的，一開始還會擔心會不會照顧得不仔細。管家也很貼心，我們一到就去迎接我們了，還幫我們拿行李。

國慶假期出遊，房間户型還不錯，多種選擇，有麻將，KTV，送一池温泉水！環境還不錯，可以自己燒烤，管家服務還是挺到位的，有問題及時解決！小孩子也玩得開心！

1.温泉別墅十分密集，有壓抑感；
2.温泉如同虛設，衹有及踝的泥漿水，水質渾濁不説，還沒水，抗議後解釋説，是小區設計缺陷，無法滿足別墅所有的需求，既然存在這麼重大缺陷，為何在平台訊息裏不進行披露，把人誆來了再解釋又有什麼用！
3.小區每進出一次超半小時都要收費，房客不能減免，住一晚停車費就花了幾十；
4.廚房冰箱有異味；
5.房間的床墊凹陷，質量不好影響睡眠；
6.洗澡水時冷時熱、水量小
總之，避而遠之，不值此價。

有兩個房間的空調不能制熱，麥克風也衹有一個，還是沒電的，充電器也找不到，一樓廁所洗澡區一堆頭髮，客廳的地板沒拖地，非常臟，全都沒有拍照，因為已經懶的去排了好，整體的體驗感很差。
