房子面積可以，設施衹能算一般。如果住“山景房”，台階有點多，不適合長者；一次性拖鞋味道特別大，塑料拖鞋很臟，發黑；沒有閲讀燈，不方便。
早餐一般，種類不多，衞生情況很平常；温泉沒有，果茶需要去門口飯店吃飯，才會贈送；T三峯林茶谷不大，主要賣有機茶。民宿院子設施破敗，什麼（咖啡、燒烤）都有，什麼都不能用，根本沒人。
窗外風景遠看尚可，旁邊菜地農家很喜歡燒煙（濕答答的農作物秸桿兒），煙味兒會吹過來，不太美好。
前台服務不錯，態度熱情，講解清晰。
總之，考慮到贈送品的實際價值，整體性價比不高，不推薦。
