訂的是4房帶泳池別墅，適合家庭聚會。照片與實際相符，房間也乾淨衞生。小鳳管家服務周到，主動熱情，也很細心，點贊。

環境還是漂亮的，就是温泉以及麻將機讓長者家感覺一般
設施：
1.自動麻將機，少了幾衹，變成手搓麻將
2.温泉，中間溝通出了問題，第一天開了冷水以後，發現抽水泵是壞了的，立馬（大概8.40）告訴管家，她過來處理（8.55），但卻一直説因為是我們發現到告知的太晚了，過了9點沒熱水提供（其實我們也不是説想追究責任，衹是覺得能不能調整處理一下，但是就一直説不是你的責任，這裏的感受真的很不好）；第二天開了熱水，卻忘記把水蓋塞好，幸好我們8.15發現了，不然又沒熱水泡了。
所以住2天，衹泡過一次（熱水衹有晚上7～9點提供，還要管家過來開熱水閥的那種）
其他的，房子、傢俱、電器都挺新的，也乾淨

這是一次家庭出游，住宿位置偏遠，合適自駕遊，環境優美，周邊吃的，買的沒有，有車的話較好。我住的住宿隔壁的屋子，相信是存清洁物品及清洁小車停泊的位置，所以，住宿門口兩天都停了清洁的小車，經反映了，隔天還是一樣停在門口, 就是比較影響出入及拍照，容易入鏡也影響住客的入住體驗，還有就是清洁工人，沒有給房間清理垃圾，白天遊玩回房，發現垃圾桶內還有垃圾，經反映後，獲延退房，但由於翌日有行程，所以即使獲延也無使用。整體還是ok的，硬件一般，可喜的是接待管家小姐，熱情及服務周到，遇事不退縮，即時回應，積極面對，欣賞。

房間乾淨整潔，這個價位不錯了，周邊配套不齊全，很荒涼，沒有温泉衹有冷水，重點是住店還要叫停車費，進出另計算2元一小時，20元一天封頂，廚房設備很差煮個飯真的是要崩潰電磁爐太難用了！

一家寵物友好酒店（前提鏟屎官也要管好自己的毛孩子😉）😍環境清幽，房間舒適，配套廚房用聚具/冰箱（冰箱內很清潔乾淨👍），離農貿市場15分鐘車程，步行15分鐘就有農莊，自己煮或在外出任君選擇🥰。管家小姐姐服務態度認真負責親切🌹還會推薦遊玩攻略😊。本次旅遊體驗感非常好👍
