第二次來這邊住.寵物+收100元.説好温泉泡池結果沒有熱水沖涼房也沒有熱水，還一度停水了.消費450！不值得！小別墅設施很陳舊，應該沒有保養好！室內地板很多螞蟻.和前兩年第一次入住感覺差太多了！以後不會再來！

裝修雖好，但是實在太臟了，到處都是塵，我們還自己拖地了

2200元春節貴价麻將房帶熱水空調和大床，説一下這個奧園王國的別墅免費給我以後也不住的原因吧。 1.一看就是私人小團隊毫無章法管理，管家和客服，沒有統一意識的服務。（後面會提到） 2.管家也就是一個帶路的和電話通知的，電話溝通脾氣不好，沒有所謂的服務。如果有服務，也就是麻將桌給我們換了一個帶萬子牌的麻將桌。 3. 沒有温泉，當天晚上9點飯後回來泡温泉，發現沒有水。打電話問管家，管家説：他們沒有告訴你整個奧園都沒有麼？於是我微信找客服再確認真的沒有。到第二天也是沒有，而且用水時間是晚上6點到10點。 4. 酒店設計其實是三層有四房一廳，去到三樓發現都是毛坯狀態，衹裝修了一樓和2樓，真有趣。 5. 説一個優點吧，原本定了兩晚，拿到房間後立刻退一晚錢，攜程速度還不錯，一分鐘就退回來了。

來英德巧克力王國玩，因為一大家子一起所以在某程訂了一間獨棟別墅，實際差到無與倫比，大家避開！慎來…… 1️⃣沒有管家提前聯繫，酒店導航位置有更改但卻沒有在網頁更新，在平台諮詢的時候也沒有告知……導致去到找不到地方辦入住，整個無語…… 2️⃣酒店的固話和手機號都是打不通的，停機或者空號，某程都聯繫不上店家，你完全找不到人，附近一家飯店的店主幫我們找到的電話號碼，第一次遇到客人要千方百計找店家的情況， 3️⃣酒店加我微信後，給了個管家號碼讓我聯繫管家，然後所謂的管家就是帶我去到別墅然後什麼都不管了，我問了一句，如果我有需求找誰，他來了一句“你們就是來住的，我們也沒有東西提供給你們的了，你們需要什麼自己出去外面買就是了”，整個傻眼…… 4️⃣別墅頁面顯示一共3層……然後第3層還是毛胚！！！沒有任何安全提示，上去整個嚇到，開眼了，簡直驚呆……還能這樣操作…… 5️⃣衞生嘛，冰箱是臭的，跟店家反映就是明天你們退房後我們去落實下……温泉池肉眼可見的沒打掃乾淨，角落肉眼可見的一層黃泥垢，2021年開業的酒店維護的也太差，肉眼可見的各種不乾淨…… 6️⃣沒有服務可言！跟對方反映任何問題都不幫你解決，反映廚房廚具不齊全（評論區裏有人評論是有很多的），也是完全不幫你解決…… 7️⃣所謂無限次温泉……温泉水衹有晚6點到隔天10點有，放滿一池水至少1個小時以上…… ❌評論裏那些服務態度好，管家熱情之類完全不知道是怎麼來的，抑或是換了一批人，反正感受不到任何服務！！就是我們這就這樣了的態度，整個無語到極點 硬件差還能忍忍，服務差到不能忍❌ ❌❌❌來英德巧克力王國玩，千萬千萬避開這家！

非常好的一次家庭遊，小姐姐提前了兩天微信我，發來了導航地址，瞭解了我們到達時間，幫我們提前開好空調，一進房間就很舒適，超讚👍

看過點評才訂的，到了酒店後真的沒有失望管家小姐姐從大路一直把我們車輛接到別墅門口小區造型是類似徽派的風格還贈送了下午茶水果等房間比較新比較乾淨整潔感謝管家周到安排服務細緻過去巧克力樂園也是挺方便推薦去附近的積慶裏茶谷仙湖
