第一次入住，住的很滿意，酒店位置很好找，前台小姐姐服務態度非常好，周邊環境舒服，隔壁就是巧克力樂園和湯泉水世界，週六還有煙花秀，在房間的陽台就可以看到，房間舒適優雅空間大，設備齊全，房間乾淨衞生，細節都做的很好，很值得推薦的一個酒店

入住很贊，尤其讚的是洗漱用品都是很高級，質量特別好、入住時讓服務員安排一間光線好的、房間配套也很齊全，電視畫質也比較清晰、服務熱情周到，前台小姐姐接待服務態度很好，很親切，服務很細緻，打掃房間的阿姨很熱心。值得一住。

第一次到英德市玩，朋友推薦的奧園巧克力王國，我們在平台上預訂了這個在景區裏面的酒店，酒店周邊的環境非常不錯，山清水秀，空氣清新，還很安靜，特別適合旅遊度假，房間設施設備很齊全，也都還挺新的，房間很大，但各個小細節的衞生都打掃得挺乾淨，尤其酒店服務很值得表揚，熱情周到，對周邊介紹講解特別到位，第一次來也不用擔心人生地不熟不知道該去哪玩了，有種家人朋友的感覺，下次有機會還會來。

在酒店度過了一段非常愉快的時光。
房間寬敞明亮，佈置温馨，衞生狀況極佳，每一個角落都一塵不染。床特別舒服，可以給我一個深度睡眠，酒店的服務人員態度親切熱情，總是微笑着提供幫助，倍感親切
酒店的位置也很優越，周邊還有許多值得一去的景點，巧克力王國就在旁邊，房間可以觀望一片湖景，美不勝收，酒店的設施也相當完善，帶走洗衣機和冰箱，總的來説，這家酒店給我留下了深刻的印象，下次出行我還會毫不猶豫地選擇這裏，也強烈推薦給大家！

出差在網上看到這家酒店還不錯就訂了，周邊環境空氣很不錯，泡了會兒温泉，放鬆身心，酒店房間也挺大的，有陽台，晚上很安靜，睡得很舒服，前台Lisa認真負責，笑容甜美，還免費給升級了湖景大床房

非常差，這次十一出行最讓我失望的預訂，請不要打電話或者發訊息給我騷擾我讓我改評價，我是真實的房客體驗以後給出的評價。1. 房間虛假宣傳，根本沒有50-55方，最多30方，就一個房間放了一張大床挨着放一張高低床，床腳還放了一個玩具帳篷，空間及其侷促，我放了照片給大家參考。2. 衞生極差，枕頭下面還有頭髮，抱枕都是發黴的黴點，外面的小陽台掛衣服的桿子還是壞的，房間裏面好多蚊子，後半夜就打蚊子了沒法睡。3. 旁邊的巧克力王國，商業街就一個店鋪開着門，其他全部關檔了，孩子説空曠的很恐怖看起來像死神來了的荒蕪遊樂場。4. 温泉和水上樂園，水上樂園能玩的就三個地方，一個泳池一個沖浪池一個滑梯池，温泉我沒數，應該開放了不到10個池子，我們一家四口，酒店送了2張票我們自己還另外買了2張，我解釋了不下水只是陪孩子進去，還是堅持要買票孩子大人都按標準付款了這也能理解，但是差不多200塊一張票，能玩的這麼少實在不值。5. 早餐，沒什麼能吃的，我家孩子爸爸説**餵豬的豬食都比這好，都2024年了，還有酒店自助早餐竟然把雞蛋藏起來，問才給，簡直是侮辱！！！太失望了，本來準備在英德玩幾天，住了一晚實在讓人受不了，第二天一早就早早走了，這麼多年最最讓人接受不了的一次酒店經歷，無法接受。請不要打電話給我，我也不稀罕免費給我住，希望後面的客人避雷成功，再也不見！
