第一：我們定的帶KTV的房間，沒有KTV設備，臨時拿了個音響來湊數；第二：我理解英德發大水了，潮濕發黴，但是這並不是不做衞生的理由，第三：木地板都爛了也不維修，就這樣給客人入住的？第四：熱水要放5-8分鐘後才有，二樓水壓不夠，水量很小；第五：那個空氣能熱水器就安裝在一樓房間隔壁的，一天24小時不間斷的發動機運轉的聲音，請問怎麼睡？第六：我們定的1236的價格，你這個性價比對得起這個價格？別説節假日就這個價格哈，由於房間太吵，我們在隔壁臨時加了個2房別墅，不帶泡池的才400塊！第七：有一個衞生間的淋浴設備是壞的，根本無法使用，第八：告知管家衞生差，房間差，無KTV的情況下，要求換房，管家表示拒絕
這是我唯一一次給民宿和酒店差評，我之前住隔壁4棟，人家衞生打掃得很乾凈。

床鋪乾淨舒適，唯其中一個床單有清潔不掉的鞋印。
設施一流，尤其音響設備。但熱水，和水力供應有待改善，若一樓有人沖涼，影響到二樓，三樓的水供應，這是美中不足的地方。
若樓房內存有碗筷更好！

環境：
別墅環境清幽，很安靜，舒服，小區裏面停車方便，走路幾分鐘就到巧克力王國和商業街，商業街有吃飯的地方，也有超市，買東西很方便。
衞生：
別墅的衞生還挺不錯的，無論是房間，洗手間還是客廳，都比較潔凈。廚房的話廚具有點生銹，這個可以改善一下。別墅剛打開門的時候，有點氣味，這個也應該處理一下。
設施：
別墅裏面的設施該有的都有，洗漱用品齊全，床鋪被褥也足夠。別墅還提供麻將桌，燒烤爐，温泉池子，廚房餐具都有，挺不錯的。
服務：
我們是臨時訂的房，訂單剛提交成功，老闆就致電説讓管家聯繫我，非常的及時。管家人很好，把一些事項通過微信告知，有什麼問題也第一時間回覆我們，服務很到位。
總體來説，這個價位能住到這麼好的別墅，服務這麼到位，是非常不錯的了。下次約多約幾個朋友過來一起玩兒。

別墅裝修風格不錯，房間保養和日常維修都可以，看上去很新，乾淨舒服，沒有異味。小花園光線不錯，合適家庭出遊。
