設施：酒店房間內該有的設施都齊全的。但酒店內沒有健身房這些設施。特惠雙人間是沒有窗户的，舒適雙人間才有，帶私湯泡池的房間才能泡温泉。酒店送兩日亞婆田景區門票，可以去爬山、玩水。
衞生：衞生很乾凈整潔，廁所也沒有異味。
環境：周邊都是農村，原生態的氣息，空氣清新。酒店靠着湖邊建的，還有湖邊別墅。也可以在湖邊釣魚、燒烤。酒店旁的鐵溪小鎮也有一些民宿，農家樂還挺多的，但可能不是旺季，感覺生意一般般。
服務：服務很好，服務員態度也很好。

酒店住過多次，這次有點坑，加錢無窗房升級換有窗房，後來才發現其他平台可以近乎原價住有窗房，其他整體滿意，但沖涼房的玻璃門實在無語，少了半扇門怎麼不補齊就拿來正常價出訂，這個服務打折扣！

房間設施陳舊可以接受，但是沖涼房門後人家用完的一次性洗臉巾還掛在那裡，這就説明衞生壓根沒搞，就把洗漱用品擺好，床單鋪好就算了，不會有下次了。

在景區內方便出遊，送的亞婆田白水寨門票是2日票，可以慢慢玩水、爬山。酒店有免費電瓶車送到景區，從酒店自駕到景區也方便。酒店2張1.5米床，方便帶孩子出遊．設施齊全，但舊一點，可以接受。附近有三四家農莊，價小貴，但味道可以。

房子殘舊，床頭還有發黴味，床上蟑螂💩，一點不值得還收那麼貴兩房衹有一個洗手間，泡池也小，整個酒店沒幾人入住
