I had a very positive stay thanks to the excellent staff. The receptionist was incredibly nice and helpful, and even arranged for a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise.The breakfast offered a standard selection, but what was there tasted very nice.The only minor issue was a clogged toilet in my room, but the hotel's response was impressively fast and they resolved the problem immediately. Their efficiency in handling this showed a real commitment to guest satisfaction. I would happily stay here again.

The quality of the waiters is average, and they lack friendliness!
The room is so small that it can't even accommodate a 20-inch suitcase!
The breakfast starts at 8 o'clock, which is relatively late, but we still have to wait 15 minutes before the meal starts! Breakfast options are limited and taste average

The hotel is in a very good location, within a 15-minute drive from Dongtian Wonderland, hot air balloons and tea farms. When checking in, the front desk lady was very nice.
The hotel is 350book, but the price/performance ratio is very high, the breakfast is rich, the small suite you stay in has a mountain outside the window, you can also drink tea, dry and wet separation, sanitation is ok, most importantly, they also gave 2 tickets to the tea plantation, just in time to go play the next morning

I checked in with my children. The hotel is in a remote location. We arrived at the hotel after 11pm. The price/performance ratio is very low, more than 900 per night (the price is not low in the scenic area of Qingyuan). I coordinated with the customer service to change to a family room but they did not agree. The towels provided were stained with blood and the customer service attitude was poor. Fortunately, the breakfast was okay. Although there were not many options, at least there was free breakfast.
