環境不錯，衞生環境還可以，在酒店吃飯也是團購的感覺還挺可以。隔音效果很好，還有停車位，體驗感很好。。。

房間非常乾淨，靜音效果好，入住第一晚還有水果和糖果，很是貼心，前台540號和343號接待很熱情，服務好。

商旅樓環境也不錯，性價比高，停車場超級大，房間也很大，就是衞生間有點小。訂了兩間房，其中一間的淋浴間水去的很慢，沖涼的時候好像站在小水潭裡。
附近吃的地方還算有，但早餐店就完全沒有。因為訂的房間沒包早餐，所以找地方吃早餐相當困難，衹能到酒店的嶺南茶餐廳飲早茶。不過餐廳的規模也是挺大的，價格也不貴，不趕時間的話可以飲飲早茶再退房。

連續幾個月，每個月都會帶上一家人來海螺酒店一住就是幾天，之前的體驗都非常滿意，但今次就有點不那麼好了，主要是我住的商旅樓320房的蚊子實在太多，可能是那個防蚊紗窗的紗有漏洞，你們可以去檢查一下，我在紗窗上和紗窗的窗台都打死了很多的蚊子。

副樓，各方麪條件還可以。對得起這個價格。房間有蚊子數衹。半夜似乎有蟑螂從枕邊爬過，半夢半醒之間，記不確切了。
酒店後門出去十字路口有家俊興飯店，主打河鮮，全天茶市，出品不錯。交通方便，步行10分鐘去江邊散步，舒服的。附近有百花市場，可以體驗當地的市井生活。
