隔音差 服務也差 吃了温泉裏的燒烤 上吐下泄 全程無人管 互相推卸責任，一晚上過去了更是沒有拿出解決的方案，一星都不想給🥲打了12315投訴了 坐等

酒店房間比較寬敞，熱水、空調方便，乾淨整潔，住的還算舒適，畢竟是老牌温泉酒店。泡池人比較多，洗浴中心洗澡有的設施老化壞了，建議及時修復。早餐還算豐富，但節日人多。

上一次來湯池還是疫情前，那個時候住的温泉湯屋，感受非常美好。這次和朋友一起來玩，住宿的過程中遇到一點小問題，前台趙美女非常熱心熱情地幫助我們解決了。其為客人着想的態度和熱情的服務可以説是我見過之最！很久沒有看到這麼熱愛工作熱愛生活的人了，從她身上看到了對自己職業的深深的熱愛和對客人的用心，真的非常非常感動❤️

預訂的一室一廳的湯屋，是那種獨立的小庭院，環境還挺好的，適合溜娃。
從前台到湯屋還有段距離，湯屋旁邊有個停車場，從停車場走過去也不遠。
湯屋區入口有個大樹上有個大馬蜂窩，跟前台打電話説了，不知道酒店處理了沒有。
房間和客廳比較大，設施還算齊全，桌上的枱燈是壞的，把房間燈都打開也不是很亮，幾乎所有光源都是黃色的，沒有白色光源的燈（除了衞生間）。
客廳通向院子的移門和衞生間通向院子的移門不太好開關，尤其是衞生間那個移門，不能從裏面鎖上。
可能因為客源不多，客廳衞生間的洗手枱水龍頭一開始放出來的水有點黃，水質感覺有點不是太好。兩個衞生間的台盆下水都有點慢。
卧室這邊的衞生間有浴缸和淋浴，也有放大的化粧鏡，方便女士化粧。
再説院子裏的泡池，我們剛開始進去的時候，剛開始放水，因為周圍有各種樹，所以有點落葉，覺得有點不乾淨。打電話給前台，來了個服務員拿個小水瓢舀了幾下，後面還是水放滿了，表面一層不乾淨的東西從溢水口流走了水就還行，這個過程大概一個小時左右吧。水温自己可以調。
另外吃飯衹能自己去餐廳吃，沒有送餐服務，早餐一般，算是管飽，包子饅頭炒麪麪條都有，那個麪條真的很辣，一層紅油，我完全下不了口。
另外其實整個度假村裡環境還不錯，帶孩子從湯屋走到餐廳，吃完飯走回去，一路上都是樹林，空氣挺好，還有個大湖。其實不趕時間，純粹想放鬆一下，在這裏住幾天還是不錯的。

覺得比較老，一直看網上評價不是很高，但是順路，五一就來了，那天下雨，沒什麼人，池子開的不多，就衹有十幾個池子開了，還有一部分高温池，泡的一般，但是游泳館還可以，很大，人也很少，水温很舒服，比泡湯舒服多了，毛巾喝茶水還是很多的，酒店房間一般，就是那種時間有點長的普通標間
