隔音差服務也差吃了温泉裏的燒烤上吐下泄全程無人管互相推卸責任，一晚上過去了更是沒有拿出解決的方案，一星都不想給🥲打了12315投訴了坐等

酒店房間比較寬敞，熱水、空調方便，乾淨整潔，住的還算舒適，畢竟是老牌温泉酒店。泡池人比較多，洗浴中心洗澡有的設施老化壞了，建議及時修復。早餐還算豐富，但節日人多。

上一次來湯池還是疫情前，那個時候住的温泉湯屋，感受非常美好。這次和朋友一起來玩，住宿的過程中遇到一點小問題，前台趙美女非常熱心熱情地幫助我們解決了。其為客人着想的態度和熱情的服務可以説是我見過之最！很久沒有看到這麼熱愛工作熱愛生活的人了，從她身上看到了對自己職業的深深的熱愛和對客人的用心，真的非常非常感動❤️

體驗感還挺不錯的，五一假期適合親子游。親子釣蝦券:還不錯，孩子玩的很開心。園區比較大，池子很多，游泳池也挺不錯，而且水温很合適，服務員態度也很好，還送了很多小禮物。值得推薦！！！沒去過的小夥伴強烈推薦去玩。

老牌温泉，硬件急需升級了，裏面的服務員人都不錯，晚上我們泡到十點多，還有個爹爹專門等我們，幫我們領路，提醒我們注意腳下，用手機幫我們照亮，房間真的是衹能住一下，沒有辦法談舒適，早起空氣真的很好，很出片
