房間非常大，有沙發，對於親子游特別友好。
入住當天剛好趕上有新人結婚，婚房佈置的特別喜慶。一下子心情更好了。借個喜氣。
酒店服務很不錯，要被子和水都很快送來了。以為山西會冷，沒想到地暖如此給力，在屋裡睡幾乎不用蓋被。
退房時服務員還會問住的好不。
離木塔10分鐘車程，吃飯也很方便。

衞生：布草乾淨衞浴間也很乾凈。
環境：位置稍偏，樓下道路，前半夜大貨車有點兒多。
服務：從前台到客房服務，都超好，親切熱情👍

參觀應縣木塔，在應縣入住一晚。酒店裝修理念很先進，但是細節禁不起細看，比方水龍頭冷熱標識都是錯的，熱水龍頭出冷水，冷水龍頭出熱水，這種類似小問題的很多。早餐挺不錯。無論如何，還是一個不錯的酒店，好評了。

十一期間和家人去應縣去參觀釋迦塔，特意選了一個高分的環境好的酒店，總體來説還不錯。酒店距離木塔開車幾分鐘（路程不遠），酒店不是在商業區，所以用餐可以直接在酒店六層中餐廳吃（住的六層的行政房去餐廳相當方便），菜品非常不錯！房間設施齊全，還有迷你吧可飲食。酒店停車場是地上，也很寬敞。早餐品種雖不是特別多，但是都很美味可口，總體都很好。但是最後個人還是想説一下自己的感受：每年都會多次外出旅遊，住過很多酒店，所以本人對床品衞生的潔凈度識別度很高，這次訂的行政大床房，床是兩米的，床單和枕頭只是一側是乾淨的，有一側的床單和枕套明顯是前一個客人使用過的，有頭髮和衣物纖維。看到時時間較晚，我和先生也不想再麻煩換床單。希望服務人員不要因“床品不很臟”就偷懶少換一次。畢竟大家選擇條件稍好的酒店就是想有好的服務。

下次來還住這！高大，豪華，房間特大！乾淨舒適！早歺不錯。特別適合自駕，下高速沿城邊兩條安靜大道，就很快到了。

房間非常不錯，很大，很安靜，服務態度很好，可以説是應縣最好的酒店了，早餐也挺好，特別是他們中餐廳的菜非常好吃，我們點餐時服務員會提醒我們不要點多了，他們的菜量大，非常暖心，強烈推薦。

1.客觀的説硬件設施在協和縣城算是不錯的了 位置稍微偏一點開車也影響不帶 停車免費
2.雖然硬件可以 但是軟件（服務 衞生 態度）真的是不咋地。
衞生：定的是有帳篷的親子房，衞生情況如下圖所示，可見落灰很久了，裏面的玩具熊啥的就別碰了最好，肯定不乾淨。 然後再説一下日常打掃，定了四天，每天的客房服務僅僅就是倒垃圾，僅此而已，毛巾雖然也沒怎麼用但也不換，床單被套沒換過，床也沒整理，醉醉醉讓人匪夷所思的一點：地上的垃圾都不清理，酒店自帶的玩具掉在地上也不會整理的，真是九毛九啊，開眼了。
服務：基本沒有，賓館和酒店服務員的水準天差地別，吃飯的時候感覺服務很到位，賓館從前台到每層打掃衞生的都讓人開眼了，在樓上吃了飯回房間想要個牙簽，電話給前台沒人接，下樓找沒人，等了一根煙的時間，有人了，説她們沒有，需要我們自己去六樓餐廳拿，問能送到房間嗎，説不能，因為前台不能沒有人？？excuse me？？我打電話也沒人來了也沒啥在這值班這會你這？9.15晚班的前台 你不適合搞服務業 真的
總結 ：老闆很想把這個賓館做好 可惜了 下面的員工培訓不到位素質也不高 工作應付差事 任重道遠啊
