燈光很暗，最離譜的是晚上7點幾了房間還收拾好，就安排給我們，還有條上一手留下的內褲在沙發上。説換一間收拾好的房間給我們，進去一看，衹有一條大毛巾和一條小毛巾，可以我們是兩個人啊，訂的是雙人房，問還在門口的保潔阿姨，回答這是公司定的，她也不能自己作主給我們多放。打去前台投訴，才給我們送來，大堂的地面又臟。
這間大房房的燈還是壞的，要我們自己打電筒，問了前台説沒有房可以換了，湊合一晚吧！

進入客房，發現很多酒店常備的東西都沒有。第一次住酒店遇到向前台要純凈水、要一次性拖鞋的。而且，通常通過攜程訂的酒店是不收按金，但這次入住酒店還要收按金200元。總體感覺，酒店服務無“星”。

去看木塔，酒店位置在城郊市邊。當時看評價説不太好 就看中一米五雙床 可以帶小童舒服點。住進去真的後悔，屋裡昏暗 沒有明燈，洗手枱木頭 開裂，衞生一般 床單都是灰色的 ，隔音差 走廊十一點還有人在嗷嗷叫 ，一樓前台形同虛設 問啥啥不知道，wifi信號不穩定。最好別去了，看木塔市中心住吧 價格差不多都。

屋裡還可以，燈光暗死，水池特別臟，最主要 水6塊一瓶，1.5l的好像！飲料8元，茶葉兩小瓶46，你説你收費放收費那裡不行麼？當水壺那，也沒標簽誰知道花錢的？正常在那裡給的咖啡呀 茶葉包都是免費的，誰還特意去看收費牌子？你要是馬桶裏放點啥 我沖下去 你還點把我要錢？就是個坑，有一罐本身打開的，騙人我都不是人，一年365天全國走，我點住340天酒店，頭一次碰到這麼坑的酒店 ，頭一次評論！避坑吧！

絕對不要定這家店，如果你可以不睡覺的話。
第一，隔音是沒有的，遇到一對旅行團，把房門都開着，光着膀子在放假前抽煙，各種大聲嚷嚷，和前台要求讓服務員或者維護人員進行制止、酒店完全不搭理。最後是有人報警了才有所收斂。第二天和前台反應，前台的回覆是：如果我們去制止，效果適得其反。
第二，酒店所有的用品都是要收費的，包括飲用水。房間的照明，那不叫有情調，那叫不夠！
第三，房間裏連牙刷都沒有配備，要求服務員送，表示沒有了，給不了。第二天才給，而且不知道是哪個房間要一次性拖鞋，早上6點多送到我們房間。
節假日收快500一晚，簡直是噩夢一般的經歷，應縣，應該不會再來了。想來旅遊的請住大同。
