Hotels in Ningxia Museum/Downtown, Yinchuan

What originally was meant to be a one-night stay ended up being four nights because we enjoyed it so much! The hotel is super clean and the rooms are nice. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty, and varied. We were not familiar with the Wanda Realm hotel chain before, but will definitely look at others on future trips around China. The entire staff was so kind and attentive. Would stay here again 100%! Special thanks to Brook, Director of Rooms, for super customer service and his helpful English skills.

Staying at Kempinski was great. The staff are super courteous. They try really hard, though they sometimes fail. They forgot my backup wake-up call at 6 am and called at 6:17, saying that was my 2nd wake-up call. I jokingly asked what happened to the first. Luckily, it was only a backup. The pool was great! The food at the Chinese restaurant as well. Do recommend it.

現在開始，銀川已經在我十年去過的一百多座城市裡排首位了，這裏真的很好。這個酒店也很好，房間設備都很新，性價比很不錯，辦入住的時候前台的小姐姐一下子就點亮了我的眼睛，她一個人忙得不可開交但是卻沒有一點不耐煩，笑得恰到好處很好看，美得嘞想要個微信來着。再説早餐，酒店的早餐有手工拉麪和現做的雞蛋灌餅，很用心了，拉麪很好吃，現做的雞蛋灌餅也好吃，希望酒店能夠越做做好，初心不改，給每一個來銀川的人都帶來好的體驗。

The facilities are complete, clean and sanitary. The aromatherapy in the room is very warm and helps with sleep. There is a short-term construction at the entrance for half a month. The front desk will inform you of the entry and exit routes in advance.

Last year, I stayed at the Hampton Inn several times when I traveled to Shanxi during the National Day holiday and was very satisfied. This time, I decided to choose the Hampton Inn when I traveled to Yinchuan, Ningxia. I really like this hotel. The rooms are not only clean and comfortable, but also very stylishly decorated, making people feel relaxed as soon as they enter the door. The service attitude of Vera at the hotel front desk and Hu Zongxiang at the restaurant front desk is particularly good, and other staff members always greet people with a smile, which makes people feel particularly warm. The location is excellent and underground parking is convenient. There are many delicious and fun places nearby, and it is super convenient to travel. Moreover, the public areas of the hotel are also suitable for taking pictures. Whether you are gathering with friends or traveling alone, you can leave good memories here. There is free tea and delicious biscuits in the lobby. The hotel breakfast is surprisingly rich, and you can choose Chinese and Western food. I especially like the Lanzhou ramen pulled on the spot. In general, it is a highly cost-effective and recommended accommodation option!

The hotel is strategically located, the check-in speed at the front desk is very fast, the room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The bathroom has plenty of hot water and the quality of toiletries is good. The breakfast is rich in variety, the fruit is fresh, the watermelon tastes good, and the ingredients are fresh. The rooms are fully equipped, not far from the business district, and it is very convenient to travel and shop. I will choose here next time.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Frank was so attentive to our needs and always checked that we had enough food and drinks. Erica and Jiselle at the Front Desk were especially helpful with checkout. The rooms were very hot (30 degrees Celsius) and the hotel staff tried their best to fix but it but because it is centrally controlled and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They offered to switch to a slightly cooler room but there weren’t two rooms together. Everything else was great. The pool and pool staff were fantastic. The hotel is walking distance from the Ningxia Museum, som beautiful parks, and a nice shopping mall and restaurants.

When I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and offered refreshments. Both members who helped with the check-in process spoke English which was very helpful. Because my luggage was so heavy an employee escorted me to my room. My room was incredibly clean and even had extra sanitary items I could use to disinfect, im a bit OCD. The hotel had great food, both Chinese and western which was delivered to your room. There was also a gym stocked with all that you need to stay fit during your stay. There is an enormous lake just five minute walk with breathtaking views which can be seen with this review. My personal favourite part of my stay was their breakfast spread. Complete with pastries, omelets, breakfast cereals etc. If I find myself in Yinchuan again, this holiday express is where ill be staying.

The hotel is strategically located and convenient to travel. Museums, libraries, Grand Theatres, banks, etc. are around. The staff is warm and welcoming. The hotel is clean, comfortable and warm. Check-in and check-out are simple and time-saving. The overall stay experience is good. trustworthy.

The boss is very enthusiastic. You can meet people from all over the country here. It is really beneficial to communicate with them. In addition, the boss also has a white kitten, who is not afraid of strangers and very cute. If I have the opportunity to come to Ningxia next time, I will want to stay here again.
