We were upgraded to a suite and the service was very good. The supplies are also great, including L'Occitane shampoo and nespresso capsule machine! It makes me very curious about how the hotel's cost control is done hahaha The hotel is located in the old town of Yinchuan. Compared with the Marriott, the new area where the Sheraton is located is much more lively!

The bathroom had state of the art facilities. The room was comfortable and well designed. Having a translucent window worked well for me as the room was quiet. The front office and housekeeping staff were competent and polite. Location is superb. It's on the corner of the Gulou Pedestrian Mall and Xinhua Road. Only the tinu lobby is on the ground floor and the exact entry is not evident. Look for the overhead crossing, the escalators and the Sony shop. There are many places to eat: on the mall, off the mall and all the small lanes.

The overall feeling of the room was satisfactory. It was clean and hygienic. However, the parking instructions were not clear and I parked in the wrong place. Although the hotel gave me a parking ticket, it was not used for some reason. I was in a hurry to leave and had to pay the parking fee myself. Although it didn't cost much, I hope the hotel will do more detailed work in the future and provide everyone with better services.

The hotel is very careful in terms of safety. The hotel elevator needs a room card to go upstairs. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk lady had a super good service attitude. You can reach the General Hospital of Medical University in more than ten minutes. Sweep a small yellow car and ride for 10 minutes to reach the food night market near Yinchuan Southern Mall. You can go to Baohu Park in the morning, or you can go to the Drum Tower to finish eating after the circle, and then scan a small yellow car and ride back to the hotel.
