第一次來銀川旅遊，查了很多評價後最終決定把住宿選到這家酒店，事實證明這個選擇直接奠定了這段旅程的美好基調！喆啡本身就是有牌子的酒店，服務、品質、衞生、安全問題都沒得挑，特別誇誇前台，態度又好又靠譜，非常為顧客考慮。而且這家酒店的地理位置真的牛，就在玉皇閣旁邊，晚上散步什麼的也很方便，很中心，下次來還會繼續住這家喆啡，誇誇！

我們定的是親子雙大床房，進門才覺得被套路了，根本就是一個大床房改裝的，進門有一張大床，這個空間牆上沒有任何插座可以充電，也沒有窗户，燈光很昏暗，靠牆睡的人會被房頂的射燈刺眼，關鍵是很壓抑。進入裏面一間是正常房間，有窗，有燈有插座，智能語音控制窗簾，閲讀燈不亮，擰不緊的燈泡，有漏電風險。早餐很差！！！千萬不要另花錢去購買！！！！
我們單獨買了4份早餐，28元/位，東西有的是隔夜的，比如:表面風乾的蛋糕，煮過頭蛋黃髮黑的雞蛋，不知道什麼奇怪味道的“奶茶”，摻水的牛奶，發黑的紅薯，不新鮮的水果，就連黃瓜段都可以擺兩盤當菜品。早餐時間是早晨7:00～9:30，我們八點鐘到的，廚房已經在打掃衞生拖地了，那個大嬸就用拖地的手直接下麪條，麪包片沒了，問了一下服務員，説沒有了，我説這才幾點就沒有了，人家説沒有就是沒有了，很差的一次住宿體驗，以後去銀川都不會住這家了。

酒店地理位置非常好，邊上就是鼓樓。可以走走看看。
內部設施也不錯，而且比較乾淨。。晚上也安靜。。

第一次來銀川喆啡酒店玉皇閣店，酒店前台小沈姑娘知道我們年紀大、用不好手機，所以她細心地幫我們查找遊覽線路和性價比超高的飯館、幫助我們訂出租車；她看到我們外出歸來，趕緊給我們到上可口的茶水……她無微不至的關懷，讓我們有一種温暖如家的感覺。我回去後會把這家酒店介紹給我的朋友們。

房間乾淨整潔，設施設備也很齊全，整個酒店都是復古風的很好看很別緻，是我喜歡的風格~服務也很周到，要了蕎麥枕頭送的很及時，過來出差這邊太乾燥了，前台小姑娘主動給我們送了加濕器，瞬間很暖心。自助早餐裏的熱奶茶喝着胃裡很舒服，好像是這邊的特色吧，口味很獨特，還有當地的麪食~以後過來出差就住這裏了！
