This was the worst experience since my business trip to Yinchuan. There was no greeter at the front desk, no masks, and the room card was invalid.

I stayed for two days in a row and went there on my birthday, but there was no discount. Forget it, my husband and I went out to pick up the kids. When we came back, we changed to a standard room and made it clear to the waiter that the meals we bought were still in the original room. I helped bring it to the room I changed to, but when I came back, the waiter kept cursing and said that there was no food in the room at all. I want to ask if you can see the cake and bring it to me. You can't see the food in such a big lunch box? It took me an hour to find it and send it to me. So the question is, how big is your room? How many waiters are there for one dish? Have you been searching for an hour? What the hell? Did the ghost take it? Take it back again? I'm really speechless. The waiter's attitude is not good, as if it's our fault. Bad reviews. Also, the room is so cold and not warm at all. The air conditioner is turned on day and night and it's not very hot. Let's renovate it...

There are many restaurants in this hotel, the smell of wine is in the elevator, and the facilities are very old. The hotel has an above-ground and underground parking, the rooms are okay, and the hygiene is okay.

Too bad, I suggest you consider it carefully

At 11 o'clock in the evening, there was no plug or electricity in the room. It took an hour for repairs, which greatly affected your rest. Bad review! And the breakfast the next day was not delicious. I won’t book with this hotel again in the future.
