連着住了兩天，生日當天去的，也沒有啥優惠，這就算了，我和我老公出門接孩子，回來換了個標間還特意給服務員説清楚我們買的飯菜還在原先的房間幫忙拿過去換的房間，可是回來服務員一直罵罵咧咧説根本沒見房間有菜，我想請問蛋糕你都能看見給我拿過來，那麼大的餐盒的菜你看不見？最後找了一個小時才找到給我送來，那麼問題來了，你們房間有多大？一個菜幾個服務員找？還找了一個小時？見鬼了？鬼拿走了？又拿回去了？真的挺無語，服務員態度還不好，好像是我們的錯一樣，差評，還有房間好冷，一點不暖和，空調連天晝夜開都不是很熱，改造改造吧……

這個酒店飯局比較多，電梯裏都是酒香，設施也很陳舊，酒店有個地上地下停車，房間還湊合，衞生也還行。

酒店停車方便，窗外景觀很好，早餐豐富，工作人員熱情周到，特別是餐飲部領班馬海燕和前廳主管金瑤，給人賓至如歸的感覺，會推薦給去銀川旅遊的朋友們入住的！

整體體驗感很不錯 先表揚一下酒店的服務人員，我遇到的服務人員每位都很有禮貌、很耐心、看見你會主動打招呼。最開始想在行政房和套房裡選一間 加了酒店服務人員的微信、小姐姐很耐心的給我解答、並在住的這兩天主動關心詢問；到酒店後餐廳部服務人員葉樹娜立馬主動出來迎接、幫忙拿行李，一路把我們領到客房；服務員徐娟還特地給我們送來了銀川的特產枸杞；每天都有送水果、酸奶和銀耳上門，這些都讓我倍感親切；酒店的設施和環境也都很不錯，除了洗澡的花灑、我不喜歡用不慣、其餘都很nice、很開心的一次入住。

整體體驗一般，4.8分的五星酒店虛高了
先説優點☞智能馬桶解放雙手，不用自己掀蓋不用手動按沖，馬桶備了消毒濕巾加分。
再來都是吐槽點了
1 衞生太需要加強了，開燈打擾了蜘蛛小朋友，馬桶的藍光照耀着各種黃色的大小點，沒消毒沒擦洗的概率99.99%，多虧了那片濕巾；傍晚入住的，樓下的大照燈除了晃我眼還把屋裡照的明亮，尤其窗外的玻璃，不是看不見風景，可能是阿姨手短擦不到。
2 安全係數低，恰逢銀川有一例確診病例，從進門到辦入住，沒有測温掃碼之類的防控措施，外賣小哥也是敲門送餐，讓我很是驚喜啊，在別地兒要麼下樓自取，要麼服務員或機器人送上來。
3 服務就中規中矩了，挪不開的窩撬不開的嘴，你住店我站崗，欸~就是玩兒~
4 這條是客觀上無法改變的主觀偏激槽點☞裝修風格是不是得罪了設計師，灰黃色系恰似某季，説好的新中式尼？手持花灑無法調節高低，還不能調節角度，靈活點兒不好麼？估計是沒螺絲刀，不然搖曳的化粧鏡也就老實了~
一鍵開關的窗簾卻不帶窗紗一起玩兒，友盡！一鍵開關十一路直達，綠色環保，略帶雞肋…2017年的高瞻遠矚創先鋒，智能之路仍需努力。
