JW Marriott Hotel Yinchuan Reviews

We very much enjoyed our brief stay at JW Marriott in Yinchuan. A real highlight is the breakfast provided - a very wide selection with some local choices too. The room was very clean and comfortable and we would happily stay in the same hotel if visiting the area in the future.

This a great hotel to stay in for a night or two. All the staff are very helpful and courteous and the rooms are modern and clean. It's nice to be so high up and have a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet was definitely worth the money as well.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Frank was so attentive to our needs and always checked that we had enough food and drinks. Erica and Jiselle at the Front Desk were especially helpful with checkout. The rooms were very hot (30 degrees Celsius) and the hotel staff tried their best to fix but it but because it is centrally controlled and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They offered to switch to a slightly cooler room but there weren’t two rooms together. Everything else was great. The pool and pool staff were fantastic. The hotel is walking distance from the Ningxia Museum, som beautiful parks, and a nice shopping mall and restaurants.

Very convenient location, five minutes walk to the Ningxia Museum. Great breakfast selection. Very good amenities auch as swimming pool and gym.

The best hotel in Yinchuan. Good location and complete facilities. The hardware is pretty good. The toilet is not automatic, which lowers the standard a bit. The service is average. The check-in efficiency is low.

Super satisfying stay experience JW Marriott is as high as ever Eric, the front desk guy, was considerate and thoughtful and arranged a room with a great view The hotel has a rich breakfast, including Chinese, Western and Yinchuan specialties. The scallion egg rolls are well received I will still choose to stay here next time

The hotel has complete facilities, convenient location, excellent food, and a high floor. It is very pleasant to enjoy the night view in the bathtub at night! I will definitely stay at Marriott again next time I come to Yinchuan!

I stayed at Marriott again during the May Day holiday in 2024. I booked a night with a low price increase through Ctrip a few days in advance. Fortunately, I could check in before lunch and check out a little later when I left. The second lucky thing was that the breakfast room was not full the next morning when it was full. I guess everyone had set off early and didn't have time to eat. There were two basins of canned fruit that were basically eaten up and had not been restocked. The varieties of fruits this time were relatively ordinary, and the varieties of cheeses increased significantly compared to last year! There was also a homemade unsweetened wolfberry soup that was particularly delicious! The gym service and front desk service were warm and comfortable, and great. I still like the gym. The outdoor transparent leisure house, where books and green plants were found, was pleasant. The worst thing in the room was that the water from the faucet had an irritating smell for unknown reasons. I was a little worried. After discovering it, I didn't dare to use it to wash. The water from the shower head for bathing also had the same smell, and later the whole shower room was filled with it. The exercise was very sufficient, but the washing was very cramped and ended in half a minute. I hope to explain what this ingredient is.

Facilities: The hotel is well maintained. After all, it is not too long. The room is quite surprising. It is bigger than expected. There is a small sofa at the entrance. The toilet is also very spacious. The Yinchuan Municipal Government is opposite the room. The view is quite OK. Hygiene: Although the northwest region is very windy and sandy, I can relax every day after returning to the hotel after playing. The hotel's bedding is very clean. Service: The overall service is OK. We checked in on the 2nd and checked out on the 5th. We traveled around Yinchuan and did not feel that the hotel was chaotic. The reception and luggage delivery were also good. The breakfast arrangement and food addition were also relatively timely. The breakfast should also be praised. It exceeded expectations. The location is very convenient, close to the attractions and moderately close to the airport. The hotel hardware is quite new, the service is quite enthusiastic, and there are many restaurants around. The overall feeling is good.
