停車場不建議大家看頁面顯示，上面寫的與實際不符，頁面未標註事項，因為在店裡店家咬定先到先得，自費自行去找停車場。

馬桶🚽圈太臟了，衹能隔着紙坐，而且我們定了四晚上最後一天本來要出發去賀蘭山玩，結果問酒店客服説能不能延遲退房2:00退房，結果都不讓，然後我們衹有取消行程，在酒店等着退房了，真的很無語，這個客服怎麼一點都不懂不起，就是8月8日晚上值班到前台客服真的很無語，怎麼會有情商這麼低的客服呢？大家選酒店謹慎一點大老遠的過來玩，結果都不讓延遲退房，你説你酒店生意很好，全部滿房那無所謂，但是我們走的時候看見大部分房間基本上都是空着的，都是空着的，為什麼不能延遲到2:00退房？是真的這麼摳搜嗎？酒店方面要加強對員工的培訓了，這一點人性化都沒有之後誰來住你們酒店了，要不是看到挨着萬達誰來。

真的很差勁，出門住過最差勁的房間沒有之一，房間沒有礦泉水需要在前台買費用從按金里扣，而且設定了到店時間到店後沒人接待，枕頭超級低且臟，門鎖都是壞的，鎖不住，衞生太差，從床品到地面都是臟的，馬桶圈直接沒眼看，而且服務態度太差，對外地沒帶身份證的客人真的差極不友好
