房間空間挺大，從辦理住宿的小美女到引導員小姐姐導路，再到客房服務姐姐，她們的工作都非常熱情，感覺我們是很被重視的，房間很安靜，園區比較大各種表演各種體驗都不錯，很不錯的地方。

位置在小鎮裏，觀看演藝很方便。尤其結束後，遊客走了之後拍照特別方便。
內部設施齊全，房間也比較乾淨，住得正好是a區二樓的房間，挨着布草間，景區活動結束後很安靜，床品舒服。
就是服務員不太好找，行李得自己搬。

提前一天才決定去這裏的，就在看見賀蘭裏面，差點沒找到，停車停在景區旁邊停車場，不免費。
服務員甘茹熱情友好，非常細緻地解釋了節目和行程。
可惜在於A205房間進去有下水道的味道，噴香水都壓不住

整個入住經歷並不好，純屬個人感受
1. 車要停在外邊的停車場，自己拿行李進去，我們特意打電話問了，説是離得很近，自己進去就行。下午4點到的，小鎮的停車場就滿了，保安要我們停到更遠的停車場，雖然那個停車場也沒遠多少，但是都是石子和泥土路，推着行李出來非常不方便。
2. 辦理入住後，我推着行李、拎着包、抓着娃去酒店，前台派了一個男性工作人員送我們去酒店，然後這個男生就真的衹是“送”而已，全程我自己和孩子拿所有行李。然後送到酒店樓下就走了，重要的是酒店沒電梯，要搬行李上去！幸好有另一位工作人員給他喊了回來搬行李上樓。
3. 酒店設施就不説了，內部裝修還可以，但熱水壺附近沒插座，要麼插洗手盆旁邊，要麼拔了電視機的電源插那裡。房頂還有沒掃乾淨的蜘蛛網，空調風吹了飄來飄去，嚇人一跳。
4. 離店經歷相對很好，致電前台後派了人來幫我們搬行李下二樓，也應要求拿着行李在入口處等我去提車回來拿行李。

酒店在小鎮裏面，在小鎮入口辦理入住，有專人帶進去。酒店裝修不錯，設施齊全，乾淨衞生，還送了水果。服務熱情周到。美中不足的是空調製冷效果不佳，酒店安排專人來修，稍有改善。其他的都很好！

這家酒店應該是政府直營的，所以處於三不管狀態，完全不值得888的數字。出來以後，長者錯裝了兩個勺子，服務人員打電話過來就問責的態度一樣，搞的我們像小偷一樣。服務人員不打電話我們都不知道錯裝了勺子！！然後翻了一下確實是我們裝走的，我趕緊打電話道歉，並且主動加微信解決問題，現金補償，但是服務人員態度太差！！不建議入住！！！想入住的謹慎入住。兩個破勺子44元。敲詐麼簡直。有圖有真像。非常不值得888的價格！！！
