四川人民發表特別點評（⌒▽⌒）！銀馬＋旅遊，當天到店很晚了，前台幫我預留了兩個在一起的房間，並且還贈送了早餐，一下拉高了性價比。到房間後發現有一間就在電梯口，跟前台反映後，馬上又讓客房服務員收拾了另一間，説實話，大晚上的，我們都覺得挺不好意思，可是人家來打掃的大哥一直説沒事沒事，你們是客人，必須讓你們滿意。後來因為被套上有銹跡，我們怕退房時誤會又讓大哥進來看了一下，當時小朋友已經準備睡覺，我聽到他還特別給小朋友説別害怕。這真的是我在任何酒店都沒遇到過的服務，讓人覺得親切又熱情，對銀川，對酒店好感指數級上升。

酒店硬件設施符合價格定位，可能正值春節假期，早餐提供的套餐（小麪包、牛奶、雞蛋等）送至房間。吹風機需要吐槽，型號太過老舊，使用時間不到一分鐘就會自動關機（應該是機器過熱降温），間隔一會才能再次使用。如果是需要趕往銀川站乘車，可以考慮住在這裏。

離高鐵站近，走過來也就二十分鐘。房間大，乾淨整潔，安靜。唯一的問題是，枕頭衹有一個，而且有點高，本人喜歡低枕。希望酒店能考慮配置不同高度的枕頭。

酒店大廳非常氣派，這個價格能住到這麼好的酒店非常不錯啦，前台小哥哥小姐姐都很熱情，房間衞生打掃的乾淨，酒店後面還有餐飲，能吃到本地特色菜，味道不錯，下次還會選擇住這家酒店。
