講真非常不錯的民宿，房間的各方面設施都棒棒噠，入住哪天都12點了，房主一直等着幫忙辦理入住，小區雖然是個老小區，但是非常乾淨，安靜，小院兒裏面都是交通廳的老乾部，人都很熱情。

位置在老城區，交通便利，距離鼓樓，玉皇閣，中山公園比較近，周圍都是極具老銀川氛圍，適合有閲歷，有思想深度，喜歡體驗當地民風民俗的人居住，周邊配套設施完善，在老小區裏面，鬧中取靜，小區可以停產，費用也很便宜，房屋裝修別具一格，很有深度，可以看出來裝修佈置花費了一番心思，非常適合喜歡安靜的家人或者朋友去住

房子地理位置好，出行方便，樓下小吃很多，旁邊走路5分鐘就是中山公園，早鍛鍊非常方便，室裏裝修很酷，處處提現了小細節，房東很熱情，很貼心。每個房間都有空調，床睡的很舒服，衞生間很大，馬桶很乾凈，還有書房，廚房燒飯也很方便，總的來説體驗超值，值得推薦。
