Unfortunately it was a very unpleasant stay. All 4 nights that I stayed in Impression hotel there was no hot water and when asked about it the staff just shrugged and said: Mei you. I understand that anything can happen and it’s not the hotels fault that there was no hot water but a small compensation or at least an apology for inconveniences would have been nice. After all It was winter and I had to take cold shower. The breakfast was also very poor, I couldn’t really eat anything apart from the egg (my Chinese friend who came to visit couldn’t eat it either).

Facilities: Complete, the front desk guy is enthusiastic❤️, the cleaning lady greets you as soon as she meets you, it is convenient to take a taxi around, recommended

Not recommended! The hotel seriously lacks management concepts! It needs to seriously review and reset the basic management system that the hotel should have!
