四星級酒店，大堂，房間都很大，看起來很大氣，服務員態度也都很好，去前台前台員工還很熱情的給我們介紹本地的旅遊景點，性價比比較高，以後旅遊出差就來這家酒店

房間設施設備還可以，早餐也比較豐富。當天整片區停電，酒店也是。但是前台工作人員態度挺好的，跑前跑後的在為大廳入住客人解釋，為我遞上水耐心説明。及時幫我解決了問題。還是比較感謝工作人員的。浪漫七夕節有個小小插曲也是讓人比較能接受的。

位置優越交通便利，離飛機場和火車站都很近，附近還有懷遠夜市，挺好，酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住得很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情。早餐不錯，品種多，個人覺得性價比蠻高。

酒店位置不錯，門口停車場可以免費停車，感覺酒店是教學樓改造的似的，因為這樓道寬敞的有點嚇人了。😁酒店裝潢有點歷史了，但是維護不錯，衞生也到位，早餐自助形式，以中式為主，對我不挑剔的胃來説還可以接受。

一年到頭不管出差還是旅遊，會出去無數趟，這次跟對象和朋友一起自駕內蒙，然後去銀川鎮北堡影視城，在銀川看住的地方看了很久，因為自己對住的要求比較高。看到這家酒店覺得還不錯，至少掛個星級，裝修也是中規中矩的星級酒店裝修，房間也大，就定了兩間房！結果住進去太失望了！首先，我和我朋友住的兩個房間空調都有問題！一早到頭沒睡好，好不容易扛不住睡著了，一會兒又被熱醒！然後最好笑的是第二天早上！早餐9:30收，我九點十幾分去餐廳，問一個阿姨，早餐卷沒帶，能補嗎？（因為卷在車裡，巨大的太陽，停車場在室外，不想去拿）她一臉懵逼，説不清楚，讓我問餐廳！餐廳那幾個阿姨在扎堆聊天，還端着碗在吧枱吃飯！我問她們能補嗎？他們讓我問前台！我去前台問，當時前台兩個人，一男一女，男的在給另一位客人服務，我問那女前台能補兩張早餐卷嗎？我不知道她是沒聽到還是故意的！直接轉頭去回答另一位男士的問題了！旁邊保安看見問我有什麼需要，我問他能補嗎？看他樣子磨磨唧唧，估計不清楚，我就去車裡拿了！然後早餐！九點二十吧，餐廳阿姨們告訴我馬上收餐了！還有十分鐘呢！你星級酒店就這麼做事？這麼培訓的？！早餐基本也都殘羹剩飯了！值得一提的是，為了方便，我們第二天也在這兒住的，第二天換房間了，因為頭一天跟一個領導反應了一下，空調稍微好一點了，但是！我那個房間619，打開門一股惡臭！腳臭味！！！！！但前台説衹有最後兩個房間了，另一個我朋友住着呢，我被逼無奈在那麼臭的房間裏呆了一晚！！！真的這麼些年第一次在攜程上給人家差評！多培訓培訓吧！我也是十幾年的酒店管理，我看見你們那個酒店的服務和衞生各方面真的糟心！多好多大的一家酒店！被你們浪費成這樣！

酒店設施非常破舊不堪，純屬糊弄，得過且過。寫字枱破損，劃痕，遍體鱗傷，被子有血漬，地上有煙灰，洗澡水很小，淋浴頭堵塞嚴重。淋浴房門上貼着拉的圖標，卻需要推門進去，這是釣魚坑害住客嗎？淋浴房頭頂有破洞，告知服務員後得到的回覆是不會掉下東西。空調製冷失靈，工程維修人員維修後效果也不好，反應後給換了個房間，大晚上的還要搬行李換房間，製冷依然不好，開着空調室温高達29度，屋裡比走廊熱。
大堂無任何服務，就一個前台。雖然酒店大堂氣派，但除此之外，設施老舊，服務滯後，典型的吃老本。掛着四鑽，徒有其表。望日後有所改善，衹為避免給銀川抹黑。

第二次入住了，酒店有停車場，提供免費服務，停車位充足，推薦給自駕遊的朋友。酒店距離懷遠觀光夜市一公里多，特別方便，如果不想小吃街的話，酒店周邊也有很多美食，吃飯購物都方便。推薦給大家。

挺好的，帶娃出行，提前一星期訂了行政套雙床，有個小客廳，對帶娃的比較方便，房間很大。早餐的話有點一般，其他還行。停車也比較方便，周圍吃飯也挺方便。
