房間住的很滿意，前台小姐姐服務也很好，免費幫我升級了房間，早餐也是自助早餐，附近也有遊玩的地方，旁邊就是金鳳萬達，也很方便，附近吃飯也方便，前台還幫我推薦旁邊國強手抓，也不錯，建議大家來，下次還會來住的

看中位置，離寧夏博物館很近，樓下幾步路就有國強手抓，萬達廣場也離的近，到高鐵站也就起步價。新裝修的房間乾乾淨淨，中轉站來説足夠了。酒店就兩層，好在樓層高視野不錯。

首先我們到了的時候快接近四點了，然後人數較多，辦理入住較慢，其次我的是大床房被告知沒有房間了別人沒有退出來，叫我等待，我説我有行李和小孩，叫我就把東西放大廳，在那等着別人退房，我又説要換衣服，在我的強烈要求下，又問了很多遍我是不是衹住一晚後才不情不願的給他們上級打電話詢問能不能安排別的房間，最後經過打電話的時候又問我是不是衹住一晚，然後給我升級成了一個影音大床房。真的好像我佔了很大便宜一樣是我要求升級的嗎？是你們沒有房間了好嗎都要四點了為什麼我要等，別人不退不想辦法嗎？還給我説12點必須退房！那別人不退你們怎麼不問！真的住了很多華住會旗下的酒店沒有遇到這樣過的，後來入住了這個所謂的升級房也沒有多好好不好，就是有個巨大的投屏，對我來説沒有用。更可氣的是半夜睡覺的時候所有燈都關了然後床的左側有一面鏡子鏡子頭上不知道為什麼有個綠色的亮光射下來，不論從床的各種角度都能看到，簡直是恐怖視角，懂我一個人半夜在角落房間的恐懼嗎，這個鏡子能不能靠門一點不要對着床！當天晚上簡直沒有嚇死。他們的服務態度也不好，早上問他們工作人員要瓶水也是不情不願，真的是！

房間入住特別舒服，海友的頂配，枕頭都是4個，還有早餐廳，早餐也很豐富，很推薦。前台服務也很熱情。有應必答，房間特別乾淨。位置也很好。就在金鳳萬達跟前。設施很完善。非常推薦。
