We came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

Hotel is new and luxurious, great location very central and dynamic neighbourhood yet bedroom is calm and I got good nights sleep.
Special mention for the staff that is super friendly and warm! Nice people!

因為是華住會會員，這兩個月去長春、武漢出差住的都是美侖酒店。到銀川習慣性還是預訂的這家四星級酒店，帶來的還是很多驚喜。這個酒店位於銀川市中心，在最著名的步行街旁邊，購物逛街吃飯都非常方便，打車也非常容易，並不堵車。房間設施非常新，空調非常涼，淋浴間非常大，而且裝了全新的自動馬桶，習慣在家使用帶沖洗功能馬桶的朋友，在這個酒店住着會非常舒服。前台蘇小姐非常主動熱情，幫助升級了房間，前台的小海服務態度很温和。總體來説，美侖酒店居住體驗非常棒，來銀川出差旅遊的朋友可以嘗試一下。
