非常不滿意，選擇酒店的時候不知道在景區裏面，來了才發現不買門票不能進去入住，而我們到的時候比較晚，所有項目已經下班，第二天我們的遊玩計劃也不在這裏，住在這裏也沒有優惠票價，一個人80的票價。入住之後更加糟心，網上的圖衹有房間照片，來了以後發現這個門的安全性極差，還有非常大的門縫，啥蟲子都進得來，門口得地上居然還有一衹死了的麻雀！拖鞋也散發著臭烘烘的味道…衞生狀況堪憂，唯一可取的可能是服務還行，最後給調了個房間。體驗較差，不推薦。

乾淨衞生，交通方便，酒店就在景區裏面，到達有民宿房間的接送車服務，去竹泉村來回也有班車，門到門比較方便，很滿意

服務非常差 ，各方面千萬注意 別讓他宰着了，這個酒店風景很好 ，但是管理非常混亂 ，都不如一個小小的客棧 ，這樣經營下去 早晚倒閉

旅行住過最差的酒店，木屋別墅，裏面設施很舊衞生很差，床下很臟，這個標準也就跟那種幾十的小旅館一個級別，而且入住酒店必須買門票，這裏的景點裏麪一點不好，千萬別去，酒店各方面管理也不到位，吃的不如快捷酒店。

早餐的饅頭是長毛的，木屋的房間內有蜘蛛網，設施非常low，不能再簡陋了，收這麼高的價格真的是一點都不值，絕對不會再去第二次。

房間乾淨衞生沒有異味，提出的要求服務員都會用心去完成，酒店很暖心，提前都把空調暖風打開了，還準備了小點心，滿滿的細節👍特別周到，一家人住的都很舒心，出來就是景區遊玩也很方便，下次還會來
