民宿環境沒的説，但是房間設施一般！
入住當天下雨，房間與辦理入住的前台有段距離，園區很大，沒有專人引導，淋着雨拖着箱子找了一圈才找到。
前台管理混亂，我們到房間後，被子是亂的，以為沒有打掃，讓保潔來打掃。晚上十點多，聽到有人不停的刷房卡，想要開門，打開門問了才知道房間下午開給了別人後又開給了我們
因為下雨，房間裏有很多蟲子

房子出奇的大，外面就是青山綠樹，很生態，住着很舒服，推薦大家住進來！但有一些小細節需要注意一下：前台和住宿不在一起，剛到的時候找不到路，也遇不到服務人員，衹能打電話問，辦理入住手續後，拿着行李找房間也是山上山下找了半天，後來一個客人告訴了位置。前台服務人員態度很好，也很熱情。餐廳的菜非常好吃，量特別的大！就是五一期間在酒店買的飲料回去後才發現還有十多天過期，這點真的挺不好的！在大城市住慣了，買的時候也沒注意日期，這種臨期產品在大城市都是不允許賣的！

親子出遊，定了兩間房。環境沒得説，在園區內有角色扮演工作人員笑臉相迎。就是前台客服，電話時常打不通，車不讓開進園區，明明很多空地，其他遊客很多能開進來，算不算區別對待？我覺得是不是領導管理的太苛刻了？像西貝一樣，太把自己當領導了。至於設施，算比較老舊的，給我們安排的是一樓，蚊子挺多。

五一過去，人不是很多，住酒店贈景區門票，環境很好，在靠着山，空氣清新，就是園區內孩子玩的項目比較少，而且價格較高，園區門口可以騎馬。

這是一封感謝信，感謝前台的沈經理和餐飲團隊: 帶着父母孩子一起來臨沂玩，一共住了兩晚，入住當晚我還在天上王城的時候，沈經理就打電話來確認入住時間，提前開好空調，到了房間後房間非常温暖舒適。第三天行程特別匆忙，早晨走的時候趕不及吃早餐，就商量能不能提前開早餐，因為長者孩子多不吃早餐不行，前台的沈經理幫助協調餐飲部門，提前給我們開餐，大大節約了我們的時間，在此，真的非常感謝。很早就加上沈經理微信，事無鉅細，她都一一回答。另外讚一句，早餐特別豐富，房間價格一二百塊錢包含早餐門票真的是巨良心了，炒雞很好吃，一大盤才68塊錢，用餐性價比很高，菜量很大，五大一小6個菜吃撐。
我從未跟她講，我是馬泉的老顧客了。多年前，我和老公就來過，環境靜謐，滿山翠綠，温暖的陽光，莊嚴的佛寺，寵物友好，留下非常好的印象。去年和朋友一家來住過石頭房子，夏天不用開空調都特別涼快，今年帶着長者孩子來，他們的統一評價是，這麼大的園子，這麼大的寺廟，處處乾乾淨淨，晚上的寺廟看起來就是真的神殿。
馬泉處處透露着真誠，卻非常低調，性價比無敵高。我逢人就推薦，這麼好的度假清修勝地，或者帶娃享受大自然，都很好，希望馬泉越來越好，雖然喜歡安靜的環境，但還是希望有更多人知道它。
再次感謝服務團隊，下次還會來！
