這是一封感謝信，感謝前台的沈經理和餐飲團隊: 帶着父母孩子一起來臨沂玩，一共住了兩晚，入住當晚我還在天上王城的時候，沈經理就打電話來確認入住時間，提前開好空調，到了房間後房間非常温暖舒適。第三天行程特別匆忙，早晨走的時候趕不及吃早餐，就商量能不能提前開早餐，因為長者孩子多不吃早餐不行，前台的沈經理幫助協調餐飲部門，提前給我們開餐，大大節約了我們的時間，在此，真的非常感謝。很早就加上沈經理微信，事無鉅細，她都一一回答。另外讚一句，早餐特別豐富，房間價格一二百塊錢包含早餐門票真的是巨良心了，炒雞很好吃，一大盤才68塊錢，用餐性價比很高，菜量很大，五大一小6個菜吃撐。
我從未跟她講，我是馬泉的老顧客了。多年前，我和老公就來過，環境靜謐，滿山翠綠，温暖的陽光，莊嚴的佛寺，寵物友好，留下非常好的印象。去年和朋友一家來住過石頭房子，夏天不用開空調都特別涼快，今年帶着長者孩子來，他們的統一評價是，這麼大的園子，這麼大的寺廟，處處乾乾淨淨，晚上的寺廟看起來就是真的神殿。
馬泉處處透露着真誠，卻非常低調，性價比無敵高。我逢人就推薦，這麼好的度假清修勝地，或者帶娃享受大自然，都很好，希望馬泉越來越好，雖然喜歡安靜的環境，但還是希望有更多人知道它。
再次感謝服務團隊，下次還會來！

很好的地方，房間很有特色，適合遛娃遛狗，休閑不累，園區也大，能在國慶假期人這麼少可以説相當愉快了。早餐不錯服務也不錯，有擺渡車。

春節帶娃回家過年，這家民宿離家最近所以選擇它。春節期間人比較少，性價比超高。
感受最好的是早飯，因為我們早上九點多才過去，早飯即將結束，沒啥可以吃了。負責早餐的一位大姐立馬錶示讓廚房幫我們炒幾個菜。我們點了麪條，廚房給做了超大一鍋雞蛋麪😹，超級感動。

住了一天石頭房，挺別緻的，在度假區裏面，環境很不錯，綠樹環繞，很涼快舒服，園區裏還有羊駝小鹿孔雀鴕鳥，小動物都很可愛，可能因為環境太原生態了房間裏會經常滅蟲，所以會發現死蟲子，除了這一點其它都還不錯，另外因為民宿是在度假區裏所以周邊附近沒有吃飯的地方

酒店建在度假區山裡 優點:周圍環境無敵，度假區還有不少遊玩的項目，房間很有特色，送的早餐也不錯，非常適合親子出遊。缺點:買東西不太方便 。 建議:進入度假區最好多設定幾個路牌，引導至酒店，不然夜間進入度假區酒店不太好找

在個度假區裏，園區環境不錯。房間陳設很有特色，床在石頭上很新奇。但是我們在床邊的地上發現了活的蟲子就不怎麼美妙了呢，幸好被褥裏面沒有。找到客服反映這個問題，客服一直強調入住前他們已經做了驅蟲處理，沒做任何賠償。

很老的一個民宿酒店，住的木屋別墅C比較偏遠，400的房價，設施陳舊，殘缺不全，淋浴頭像是得了前列腺炎，水很細，地處半山腰，屋裡很多各種小蟲子，晚上22點開車去前台想拿雙拖鞋，前台一個人沒有，喊了半天也沒人，睡一夜被咬了大約19個疙瘩，無任何服務。唯一好的就是早餐，很豐盛，雖然大多是小包裝，預製菜，但品種，口味都還不錯。綜合不推薦入住，山下很多酒店，條件應該比這好。

寵物友好酒店，分為三處，石頭房在石尚別院，還有聖山樓和木屋別墅。我們住在聖山樓，感覺這裏的房間應該最好。最早入住的時候感覺很好，房間很寬敞，但是後續的服務讓我們體驗非常糟。
【食】好好一個酒店搞的亂糟糟，明明有很大的飯店還可以承接婚宴，去了説不能點熱菜，衹能讓廚師配套餐。我們開了398四菜一湯的盲盒（如圖），結果發現菜大概率是中午婚宴的剩菜，冷的，有不明食材，咬都咬不動。同時進餐的住客都在吐槽，太黑心了
另外，早餐真的太差了
【住】我們住了兩天，中間那天打掃很敷衍。水壺燒了幾次倒出來的水都是有浮絮的，不敢喝。用來燙東西都覺得臟。牆上還有不明疑似血印子的東西。
酒店有非常好的健身房設施，但是我們去問，説是不開。酒店大門口的垃圾堆滿第二天上午才清理，酒店餐廳、房間走廊滿滿的煙味🤮
【行】上山車道很窄，會車災難
【位置和環境】在馬泉休閑園裡麪，可以逛的地方不少，環境也比較宜人。離地下大峽谷風景區30分鐘車程。竹泉村10分鐘車程
