還沒退房也還有行李在房間，找前台借雨傘居然再三説讓我記得還，我不可能為了訛你酒店一把傘，連行李都不要了吧。我還是第一次遇到酒店續免費的礦泉水還要額外付費的，明明房間內就專門寫了温馨提示，需要補充免費物品可以找工作人員，保潔阿姨還特意説了，你不續住就三塊錢一瓶，給我整蒙了，這不是掛羊頭賣狗肉麼，關鍵酒店行業的約定俗成做法都是續免費的礦泉水是可以的，我還去找前台核實了，給到的答覆是讓我用燒水壺燒自來水喝，摳摳搜搜的，要不就直接不提供，全部都給錢購買，真的服務太差了，白瞎了那麼好的環境和硬件設施

入住當晚前台小姐姐也熱心幫找停車位。
酒店本身位置很好，在景區內，環境很好。

説實話：這個酒店硬件，軟裝，床品都是五星級配套，環境更沒的説，在景區裏面，很清靜。
酒店非常有特色，有藝術造形。
這個好的酒店，服務沒跟上，這是為什麼呢，希望管理層重視服務，比如：早餐，那麼好的早餐廳，桌子粘巴巴，説明沒有每天擦桌子。
酒店是私有制還是公有制，都好希望能重視客人的體驗感。昨晚入住時，瘦一點的小妹妹還不錯，否則哪麼晚入住，真有點擔心。

第一次遇到住酒店喝酒店提供的礦泉水要錢的，電視放不起喊了工作人員來修也沒修好，還説看什麼電視嘛，空調真的堪憂根本沒用樣，開到30度還是冷，感覺空調就是擺設，熱水放了半天才温温熱，都不敢給娃洗澡。

需要改進的太多了，主要有3，第1這樣的房間對於當前社會主力需求來講實在是跟不上形式了。房型要麼標間要麼大床房，現在帶孩子出遊的是大多數家庭，別説二胎，就是一孩的家庭遇到這樣的房型都不知道該怎麼選擇。第2早餐確實是要啥啥沒有，連鹹菜都沒有，貌似餐廳負責人解釋是用餐客人用完了，天啊，這種藉口也能説出口，早上八點多大一點點而已，鹹菜當飯吃了，所以沒有了。第3進入景區後找酒店沒有任何的指示牌，道路單向通行也沒有任何標識，反正知道你有導航，至於導航知不知道是單向通行就看你的運氣了。酒店大堂不能停車，反正你得擰着行李步行來，管你方不方便，衹要酒店方便管理就行。反正我們也不敢對標國際大都市酒店，因為人家的服務態度絕對是望塵莫及了。還有很多細節上的不夠，5樓的廊橋就不是無障礙通道，就得讓你一不小心踏空一步。房間的衞生間主打一個擠，誰去誰難受那種。
