第一次遇到住酒店喝酒店提供的礦泉水要錢的，電視放不起喊了工作人員來修也沒修好，還説看什麼電視嘛，空調真的堪憂根本沒用樣，開到30度還是冷，感覺空調就是擺設，熱水放了半天才温温熱，都不敢給娃洗澡。

需要改進的太多了，主要有3，第1這樣的房間對於當前社會主力需求來講實在是跟不上形式了。房型要麼標間要麼大床房，現在帶孩子出遊的是大多數家庭，別説二胎，就是一孩的家庭遇到這樣的房型都不知道該怎麼選擇。第2早餐確實是要啥啥沒有，連鹹菜都沒有，貌似餐廳負責人解釋是用餐客人用完了，天啊，這種藉口也能説出口，早上八點多大一點點而已，鹹菜當飯吃了，所以沒有了。第3進入景區後找酒店沒有任何的指示牌，道路單向通行也沒有任何標識，反正知道你有導航，至於導航知不知道是單向通行就看你的運氣了。酒店大堂不能停車，反正你得擰着行李步行來，管你方不方便，衹要酒店方便管理就行。反正我們也不敢對標國際大都市酒店，因為人家的服務態度絕對是望塵莫及了。還有很多細節上的不夠，5樓的廊橋就不是無障礙通道，就得讓你一不小心踏空一步。房間的衞生間主打一個擠，誰去誰難受那種。

房間還行，環境也不錯，早餐簡單，有點雞肋的就是酒店提供的礦泉水400毫升，讓另外給兩瓶，前台説三塊錢一瓶。真的讓人覺得很不舒服。

房間還比較新，佈局也很合理，安靜舒適，窗外看出去是這樣的。位於客博園裡麪，晚上還可以圍着篝火跳舞，那家客家水席也好吃。

酒店在朱德故里景區裏，應該是景區裏最好的酒店客家天圓地方的建築格局，房間寬敞舒適 。酒店離客博園很近吃喝玩樂俱全。

酒店硬件還行，就是服務質量沒跟上，早餐吃飯位置都沒有，感覺跟搶一樣，因為住酒店車停在景區內，本來可以自駕每個景點的，前台讓我們去坐觀光車，讓我們白花錢..總之體驗感不好

設施：設施還是比較新，而且配備也比較齊全，有電熱毯、備用被，睡覺的話不會冷。衹是中央空調有點不得勁兒，温度提不上去，在室內都不敢脱外套。
衞生：衞生還算不錯，乾淨整潔。
環境：整體的設計風格很舒服，不過靠淋浴部分的牆壁應該是返潮所以壁紙有點脱落，就那個地方看着有點破舊，其他的都還好，整個酒店裝修風格這些都還是不錯的。
服務：為前台小姐姐點贊，服務很好。想喝開水又不想接廁所的水所以找了前台，給我們接了壺開水，感謝！🙏早餐也比較簡單豐富，環境很好。
（另外吐槽一下，交通真的很不方便，自己開車還好，如果不是自己開車的話走哪都不方便。因為景區內淡季的話還是比較冷清，商鋪基本上都大門緊閉，要入住酒店提前可以買些小零食帶上，不然啥東西都沒有，連泡麪都沒得吃！
真誠建議：酒店可以搞個小超市賣點兒零食生活用品啥的，如果臨時需要東西卻買不到真的很不方便。

酒店乾淨衞生，工作人員熱情周到，服務非常滿意，早餐在酒店吃的。米線特別好吃。中餐，晚餐都在附近農家樂吃的。價格很合理。紅色景區確實不一樣。沒有宰客的現象。孩子超級喜歡。準備再住一晚。
