提前訂好的酒店，晚上10點左右到店，酒店在商品樓小區的樓下商業門面，酒店設在二樓，一個窄逼暗黑的樓道上去，前台無人，酒店走廊堆着裝修材料，顯然還沒有裝修好。前台也沒有人可以處理退單，衹好自己走了，隨後在找平台客服退單，電話溝通了四五次都還在核實情況，後來酒店居然給我默認入住了。到第二天還自動扣款了。後來又聯繫平台客服兩三次，好不容易才把房費退回來。寶子們慎重選擇吧。
