物管和業主起爭執，我們住宿車輛被堵到中午12點多才出來，還是自己報警處理的，酒店人員不管，也不知道現在處理好沒有，希望入住的朋友注意。

一個縣城能有這麼好的酒店實屬難得啊！房間很乾凈，配置完善，還免費供早餐和午餐，食物新鮮可口，品種豐富。服務員態度好，像鄰家小妹一樣有温度。特別要感謝一下前台李連珍小妹，車子停車場裏被擦到，她和監控員認真查看監控，經過兩個多小時查看，確定了肇事車輛，並主動幫忙聯繫車主協調處理，一切不愉快在她耐心細改的作風下迎風而散！酒店有這樣的工作人員生意絕對蒸蒸日上，財源滾滾來！認定菲爾麗絲！去彝良必住！推薦大家！

衞生乾淨整潔，床品也挺舒服，空調也很給力，很舒服的一家酒店，全屋智能，還含早餐、午餐，真心不錯👌👍，唯一的小遺憾就是在電梯口，不過很寬敞。

房間出現了使用過的臟毛巾，給前台反饋之後，不但沒有道歉這一類字眼，本來及時解決也不會説些什麼，非要加我微信叫我拍照片給你經理，你奔着解決問題的態度去需要我拍照再發給你嗎，都委婉拒絕加微信非要硬性要求，特反感，可見管理方式不妥，酒店解決能力不行，小縣城這麼個價格，你就得服務，設施，衞生一把抓

前台服務態度堪憂，感覺不知道自己是要幹什麼的一樣，客人來到前台工作人員坐着玩手機，態度敷衍的很，就給了一張房卡，後續來前台補房卡，依舊是坐着玩手機，甚至連基本的禮貌都沒有，就坐着把房卡放在枱子上，請問這態度做什麼服務行業，差評！！！
