老式私人賓館改造的，臨街房間，鋁合金窗極度不隔音，停車場四點會鎖消防通道到電梯的門，多要一瓶水喝前台説沒有，服務員説屋裡有收費的！！！自己出去買！！體驗不好！

我訂的是豪華套房，到店交了一百塊按金，第二天退房的時候，前台説我入住的時候説自己身上沒錢了，就沒讓我交按金，我一直好好跟他溝通，説我交了按金，她説我的房間才一百多塊錢，我説我這個房間是訂成兩百多，她還不耐煩一直説，我沒有按金，後面她查清楚了，是另外一個房間沒交按金，連一句不好意思，是她搞錯了都沒有説，大過年的，又是大初一就遇到這種事

服務極差，兩個小妹妹辦了入住，下樓拿東西被兩個老闆攔着不讓上樓，問有沒有辦入住，跟他説辦了死活不聽，非要把人叫出去。有沒有辦入住你自己不知道嘛，沒辦入住能拿到房卡嗎，
