Very satisfied with this stay! The quality exceeded expectations. I stayed at the hotel on New Year's Eve. It was my first time to celebrate the New Year with my family. I felt uneasy, but my family and I felt that the hotel's service quality was very high. The staff were of very high quality. The housekeeper of the villa room was always on call. On New Year's Eve, When we checked in at noon, the restaurant specially arranged meals for an extended period of time. In the evening, Wang Siru from the restaurant helped us arrange the ordering time for the New Year's Eve dinner. The quality of each meal was very particular, and the color, fragrance and taste were great! The tea room for afternoon tea has a very cultural atmosphere. Tea artist Zhang Rui explains patience and feels the tea culture of the boss! The villa rooms are comfortable and of high quality, and the hotel's hot springs are very good! The airport pick-up and drop-off service arranged by the hotel was very good, and the airport drop-off driver Wang Jun was even more considerate. When he learned that my family had a cold, he even took us to buy medicine. He also explained the characteristics of Yunnan to us along the way, making us feel more like guests. The room is surrounded by mountains and rivers, and Xiao Ai opens everything, which is very intelligent. The camp is hidden away in red dust and has a special fireworks because of the enthusiastic boss. We arrived late at night, the boss generously opened the kitchen and let us do it ourselves, simple two dishes and one soup, leaning on the fireplace to chat in the south and the south, the feeling of the guests and the hosts is simply great. I will visit Yunnan again after 12 years, because the Swan Lake camp seems to let me find the true meaning of travel! Five stars recommended!
