我們住在八樓，早上才八點，樓上就開始打電鑽，聲音特別大，直擊靈魂，一下把人嚇醒了，打電話問前台什麼情況，前台回覆不知道，要派人去問，過了二十分鐘，還是持續打電鑽，突突突突突突突突，又打電話給前台，前台説是業主方在裝修，我都驚呆了，這種事情不提前溝通的嗎？不怕影響到住客嗎？前台還是回覆不知道。。一早上就被吵醒，加上房間隔音差，客房阿姨在走廊説話聲音都能聽到，後面就更睡不着了，非常差的體驗……

鄙人住過不下五十家維也納酒店，這一家是感覺最差的。豪華大床房的衞生間居然能窄成這個樣子？居然沒有洗衣機，這是我住的所有維也納裏面唯一的一家。服務員態度比較一般，缺乏應有的笑容。今時今日這樣的服務態度和質量，是跟不上時代發展需求的

房間黴味比較重，空調一大股酸味，最不能忍受的就是早餐，太差了，9點去基本沒什麼菜，牛奶也沒有，米線也是很難吃的。我還在吃的時候，9:25左右服務員就在急急忙忙的收餐了，也不會問你是否還需要加點什麼。

這次和朋友住這家酒店，位置好，公交也方便，周邊吃喝不愁。
前台服務超貼心，入住辦得快，有啥問題都熱情解答。房間乾淨敞亮，床軟乎乎的，睡一覺特解乏，熱水足，洗澡超舒服。設施全乎，電視、空調、WiFi 都好用，網速槓槓的，辦公刷劇都不卡。
價格實惠，性價比沒得説，花這點錢住得這麼舒坦，賺大了！以後還來，推薦給大夥！

服務很好，網訂衹有一份早餐，前台見2人直接給了2張早餐券，一點也不拿翹，環境衞生都不錯，熱水很舒服，洗髮液用了感覺很好，性價比很好。
