房間很乾凈很舒服，就在宜良縣中心鬧市區，早餐也很好吃，下次來玩還會繼續住這裏的，本地的烤鴨也很好吃，推薦！

這家酒店位於市中心，交通便利，周邊購物和餐飲選擇豐富。房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，尤其是那張柔軟的大床，讓人一夜好眠。服務人員態度友好，響應迅速，無論是辦理入住還是解決小問題都非常專業。酒店的早餐種類繁多，口味地道，給一天的開始增添了不少色彩。下次來這個城市，還會選擇這裏。

商務大床房面積可以，裝飾裝修不錯，窗外一般，淋浴房下水慢，需要疏通了。大堂裝修有格調。停車在公共停車場，車位沒大問題，就是到房間要換三次電梯+室外步行100米。服務還可以。

設施：房間設施設備還可以，不算老舊。除去房間一直有很大異響！
衞生：房間每個都是很濃烈的煙味，是不需要做無煙處理嗎？開窗通風或者空氣清新劑都可以做到的！
服務：前台服務差，態度非常不好，對比起餐廳姐姐們和客房姐姐們的熱情，前台作為第一面客部門毫無服務可言，不知道怎麼培訓管理的。畢竟在宜良來看，這個酒店地裏位置各方面都有着絕對優勢，建議加強培訓！第一天入住房間味道重，去前台換房，被告知説我已經進過房間很久了（房間物品包括床我都是沒有動過的），換了第二間，煙味道依舊重，對於鼻炎患者來説可以説是很痛苦的，再次致電前台，前台説所有房間都是這樣的，大概意思就是愛住不住～
給三⭐是給到客房和餐廳以及樓下安保的。
環境：房間半夜有異響，一整個晚上沒休息好，白天依舊有，以下有視頻為證。
攜程4.4分是有原因的，因為酒店不注重客人住店感受！

房間很寬敞，內容也很豐富，一應俱全，前台小姐姐服務態度特別好！點名表揚！床墊比較軟，睡起來很舒適，雖然4樓就是KTV，但是一點都不鬧，隔音效果很好！總體來説！我非常滿意的住宿體驗

房間和環境都很好，以前的柏曼酒店，前台是個**，跟她説什麼都衹會刻板的回答“這是公司規定”，就像個機器，絲毫不會靈活處理，一點不人性化。
