The hotel has convenient transportation and is near the interchange. There is afternoon tea during your stay - biscuits, small cakes & tea and coffee. You can come down and enjoy it after playing, it is really good! The game room is not big, but it is well-equipped. It is very suitable for families with small children. There is also a game room suitable for older children, which is really good. Breakfast is highly recommended, it is completely a brunch concept

I arrived at the room at three o'clock in the afternoon and felt very hot when I entered the room. The air conditioner was not cool enough. I called the front desk and asked the housekeeper to send an electric fan immediately. The front desk said that because the room is a side room, it will be hotter in the daytime. Thank you to the front desk staff!

The hotel is very new, and the children's playroom is large and clean. I especially like that all the waiters are kind and willing to answer questions. The buffet in the evening is also good and a good experience.

First time staying here, it feels great. The breakfast is very rich and the bed is very good to sleep in~ Very family friendly🥰

If you stay on weekdays, the hotel will upgrade you to a family room for free:) Making Archie by hand, riding a small train, and shopping in the supermarket all make children happy :D The restaurant offers a wide variety of desserts, and there are also snowflake ice machines and shaved ice machines, which are also very interesting.

I really like the buffet breakfast. It's very delicious. I read online that the parent-child facilities are good, so I helped my friends come here to check out the rides. However, the facilities that originally had bumper cars for children were no longer available. It was a bit of a pity, but they are provided in the room. Some of the toys are quite nice, and the bed is quite big and comfortable! Will go again if I have the chance!

The hotel service is great! The buffet breakfast has many choices, but it ends at 10 o'clock, which is a bit too early. You have to wait for a table if you enter after 9 o'clock. The toilet and shower system are divided into two rooms on the left and right. It is a super good and convenient design and has an electric toilet seat buried in the same room! The bath products are made from herbs collected from the mountains. They smell great, but there is no moisturizing cream or conditioner. There are also sterilizing bottle dispensers for loan! Very considerate! Recommended for family travel!
