Cleanliness could be improved as there were stains in the bathing area. Hot spring tub is good and relaxing. Soundproofing isn't good as we can hear the room beside us using the water. Love the kids amenities especially the bathroom slipper. Room feels luxurious.

Check-in was smooth and easy. We parked in the underground garage (not too many spaces - but it never filled up during our stay). We arrived a few hours before the check-in time. While we waited in the lobby, front desk staff came to our seats to complete our checkin-in, and explain the facilities. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. There was a private hot tub on the balcony, 2 rooftop pools, drinking water dispensers throughout, and a small yoga studio. There are a lot of eateries in the area, as well as several 7-11's and Family Marts. Our accommodation package included a good breakfast buffet, and a very nice hotpot dinner with lobster, scallops, sliced fish, excellent beef, noodles, and ample vegetables & enoki's. I highly recommend including both meals in your room package.

Our 2 nights’ stay was well above our expectations! We had a late check-in as we met with unexpected delay due to road works at the mountains in Yilan. Reaching the Wellspring feeling weary, we were delighted with our room upgrade upon arrival. The thoughtfulness, tasteful furnishings and details in the room were a delight while the cosy private onsen was a wonderful highlight! The buffet breakfast had a spectacular spread and was indeed scrumptious, just as I had read in the reviews before I made the reservation. We absolutely loved our stay at Wellspring by Silks Jiaoxi. Thank you so much and keep up the good work!

We greatly enjoyed our couple of days here and wish we could’ve stayed longer. Even though it was raining almost constantly, we didn’t want to leave the hotel anyway. The roof top pool was dreamy - and so quiet in the wet weather

My family had a wonderful stay here! They have good facilities, friendly staff facilities, we love the Japanese themed hotel and enjoyed the hot spring bath a lot!

As a popular hotel, they provided happy hour (including wine) & snacks and different non alcoholic drinks for free and they partner up with just sleep hotel next door to offer more facilities for us to use. We went to check out the sister hotel but it was just alright tho there was a space for children play area & public bath. It was better to enjoy our private hot spring bath inside our own room. We were a family of 5 so we had to squish a little - if you are looking for a basic affordable hot spring hotel with a good location, this is it.

Very clean room, although a bit small. I loved the breakfast spread - very yummy options from stewed beef in Japanese style, fresh fruits, curry, eggs in many ways (soft-boiled, scrambled etc.), congee. The spaces to work in were comfortable and the WiFi was very stable and fast. There are great amenities available from the pool and gym, as well as complimentary Happy Hour / snacks / free flow coffee and drinks. Highly recommend this place. I would stay again!
