a room that i got is not more beautiful like the picture that i see, but is still fine. i order for 6 person but the design of bathroom in that room just make me surprise, have big windows and the bathroom door all from glass. just have the curtain to hide it. but still not a good things and not safety for female.

Family trip to Yilan. Prime location in the city near all the attractions. Walking distance to train station, restaurants and night market.

櫃台客服人員很客氣，也很貼心，幫我們換成溫馨家庭房，房間和溫泉浴室都很大，看到房間裡的動物布娃娃實在太可愛了，房間附贈的咖啡和紅茶也和一般不同，以後再來礁溪，這裡是我的首選之。❤️

地點在礁溪鬧區，這次訂沒窗戶的所以在1樓，這間適合有小朋友的小家庭，也有冰箱，吹風機很優不是那種按到手抽筋的，平日入住價格算便宜～

服務前台有禮。自駕有車位配備，我租住家庭房上下層都夠大，房間浴室裏有個温泉水浴池，不出外也可浸一浸。酒店後有條小型夜市，都多嘢食，四周圍食嘢都很方便。附近還有自助洗衣乾衣機店🤭

民宿位置非常熱鬧，步行數分鐘已在大街，民宿登記處在房間鄰近，員工細心講解教導經過民宿入口，再穿過隔鄰大廈才到住宿，因自駕台灣車場免費，但該停車場非常窄，車子兩邊緊緊可泊好，因有升降架，車子如超出或過界就嗶嗶大響，如泊車技術差，勸喻不要泊
