The hotel is conveniently located, everything is simple and clear, but there is no elevator. It is suitable for light travel. It is not suitable to drag large suitcases, or you can stay on the underground floor. The hot spring pool in the room is good, but it is relatively located on the side of the road. If there is a car driving by, it will sometimes make noise. The room is prone to moisture, but it is equipped with a dehumidifier, which is excellent; the only force majeure factor is the quiet environment.

The toilet is also very spacious, but there is no window that opens to the outside. There is only an exhaust fan, so the toilet space will be a bit noisy. This is the first time I came to Jiaoxi Hot Springs. I stayed in a garage room with a slightly soft bed, so I slept well!
The service staff are kind to the reception, the sound insulation is a bit poor, sometimes it is really too loud outside, there is a garage and hot spring water quality, it is really comfortable!

I booked this hotel because the facility has a pick-up service from the station.
I called the hotel the day before my check-in to inform me of my arrival time at the train station and asked the hotel to arrange pick-up and drop-off. However, I was told that the hotel did not provide any pick-up or drop-off (including from the airport and the station). It was too late to cancel my room reservation, so I ended up in the rain (fortunately it wasn't heavy rain), dragging my big luggage and carrying my backpack, and walked for 10 minutes on the uneven sidewalk to get to the hotel!
With such false information, I will never stay or recommend this hotel again! ! !
