It's a very bad hot spring resort. When I entered the room, I felt quite hot. I thought maybe the air conditioner had just been turned on and I had to wait for a while. It was still very hot after 4-5 hours. We set the temperature to 21 degrees but it jumped back to 25 degrees. I asked the front desk to start. The counter staff still refused to admit that the air conditioner was broken and said that only our group of guests reported the air conditioner problem today. Later, they told us on the phone that when the shift was handed over, the previous shift staff said that the air conditioner in our room was broken. How could we sleep without air conditioning in this weather? The receptionist said that they could help us change rooms, but the room type was changed from the original 4-person room to a 2-person room (we were two people, but we are used to booking twin beds for more comfortable sleep). When we arrived in the 2-person room, the air conditioner was still not cold. We put in hot spring water. It would be better to sleep after taking a dip. But the water is warm? ? It was already 2:30 in the middle of the night. I was really tired, hot, and wanted to sleep. I was so devastated. What made us unhappy was why were rooms with broken air conditioners sold to guests? ? After asking the staff, the staff lied the first time. In the end, we decided to go home and stop staying. But I hope the person in charge can give an explanation. The counter said that he would inform the lady boss about the matter, but he did not have the authority to refund how much? I said yes, but we still didn't receive a call from the landlady the next afternoon. We were very helpless.

這次入住整體感受相當不錯，是一間值得推薦的飯店。飯店地點便利，交通四通八達，附近有地鐵站、公車站，步行可達各大商圈與餐廳，不論是商務出差還是旅遊都非常方便。飯店周邊環境安靜，即使位於市中心，晚上也能享有良好的睡眠品質。 房間整潔舒適，空間雖不算寬敞，但規劃合理，設備齊全。床鋪軟硬適中，枕頭也有不同高度可選，讓人一夜好眠。浴室乾濕分離，水壓穩定、熱水充足，備品使用起來也有一定品質感，打掃人員每日都會細心整理，讓人感到安心與放鬆。 服務人員態度親切，辦理入住與退房流程快速有效率，遇到問題也能即時協助解決。櫃檯人員能以中英文溝通，對於觀光資訊也給予不少實用建議，讓人感受到他們對旅客的用心。 館內設施方面，雖非豪華型飯店，但基本的設施如洗衣機、製冰機、飲水機等一應俱全，非常貼心且實用。

人多包棟化算，溫泉很舒服，老闆娘很熱情好客，早餐簡單，果汁很好喝，離礁溪溫泉公園及礁溪轉運站很近
