Good location, 3 min walk from bus / train stations. Took 好行 bus to go up mountain. Many eateries along the road. Hotspring on 8th floor very nice too

即使是間有年代感的老飯店，不過維護的相當不錯。
從一踏進飯店大廳，接待的櫃檯小姐就笑臉迎人相當的有禮，一旁還有一位老人家，我猜想應該就說傳說中的老闆娘，也笑臉迎人相當客氣。
雖然入住時間還沒到，也同意讓我們寄放行李，並且聽到老闆娘要房務趕快整理我們要入住的房間，讓我們感覺到積極感。
頂樓的溫泉SPA泳池當天沒有顧客，我們的小朋友包場玩得不亦樂乎，飯店人員也很貼心的幫我們開燈和測量水溫，並告知我們泡湯的注意事項非常貼心。
隔天一早還會電話提醒我們是否需要用早餐，這應該是大多數飯店都沒有的服務。
此次的入住令我和我的家人非常滿意，下次絕對會在選擇天隆大飯店！

房間超級寬敞,這個價錢絕對超值,鄰近轉運站,回台北超級方便,室內本身已經有一個小型獨立溫泉池,酒店頂樓也有比較大一點溫泉池,有按摩池和濕蒸室,絕對是一個放鬆好地方

泡湯池雖然是按摩浴缸但過於老舊觀感不佳，且蓮蓬頭與溫泉水龍頭同一管線，必須等水放完才能洗澡再泡湯，但水又很小，泡完湯沒有平台可以躺或坐，裏面的台階很低坐下不好起身，尤其年長者很危險，既然是標榜很好的溫泉，雖是老飯店那設施更應該新啊！早餐一人一份，沒有選擇，食量大的人應該不會滿足吧！

一晚2900的房型，跟評論上推薦的不同，房間昏暗、有窗戶沒有風景房型,重點之一床，是兩張雙人套組成的不說，睡起來能夠呈現U型，躺在床上是歪斜的，真的很難睡呀！
床軟到不行；還聽的到外面走道清楚講話的聲音；唯一的優點大概就是早餐還行，簡單吃的飽以及男服務人員很客氣，沒了！ 這次住房體驗，不會再去這間了，也不會再用Trip訂房，還要多收一筆國外訂房費

服務態度很好，早餐部分身體不舒服的人還有粥可以吃，非常值得推薦，離礁溪轉運站或是礁溪火車站很近，交通方便，外面採買也方便
要加強的地方是隔音效果不好、天花板的牆壁有剝落現象，雖然飯店有年代但還希望隔音和牆壁這方面可以加強會更好，建議飯店過一段時間之後可以做修繕調整
